Just tried to buy a new truck 2500 HD using the "from home" feature (Online) looked at available inventory, went through selection process, picked out one I liked, followed the easy to use site. Credit got pinged, as expected, and got a confirmation with order number that said I would be contacted to complete down payment and delivery instructions. FROM HERE ON OUT BEWARE. Apparently RHBGMC sold a truck online that was not available, A very nice young man contacted me. He was great, however the bait and switch by the dealership no mater what the reason is a trust issue that is almost impossible to overcome. So everyone BEWARE when buying online with Rich Hendrick, they may not have what you are buying and your credit may be needlessly pinged. I gave the young man Five stars because he really was great in a very tough situation. We'll see how much character the dealership has now. The young man has plenty. They need to keep him. More

On 4/2/21 I brought in my car to Rick Hendrick Buick GMC Duluth for a routine oil change, after the service was performed I drove off the lot for about 4 miles and the check oil level monitor system came on Duluth for a routine oil change, after the service was performed I drove off the lot for about 4 miles and the check oil level monitor system came on, I immediately pulled over to a parking lot and check the dipstick and confirmed that the engine did not have oil. It is apparent to me that an auto serviceman forgot to put oil back in my car. I immediately called the dealer and reported the incident. The dealership told me to bring the car back, I could not drive the vehicle in this condition and I had it towed back to the dealership. When I arrive a spoke with Mrs. Kristyn Johnson and informed the situation, she got a technician and verify that the oil level was low. The technician added oil to my vehicle in from of Mrs. Johnson. They, (3) technicians took the car back to maintenance bay and performed a multi-point inspection. They performed another oil change and reported that no damaged to the engine was found. More

Wow thought my poor experience was maybe an off day problem. Was in the dealer yesterday to buy a third car for commuting and errands. Uh maybe they should rethink this scam (+14% to the MSRP). When questioned about the add-ons I got an attitude of elitism like I was a moron for not seeing the value. Pretty poor way to treat someone who grew up under the GM brand, hold an GM employee discount and a Hendrick returning customer. Best part is no one even tried to call the next day and work something out. Your loss as I bought the same vehicle from another dealer the next day AND I am shopping for a $90k+ Denali...... No reason to give them that much larger business. Best of luck boys. Guess all you really know is “shake n’ bake”. More

General Manager Michael Darnadi drop the ball over an SD was missing in my truck. This is poor customer service which it was there reasonability. I bought a new truck there back in 2018. Great deal and no problems. I went there February 2021 to by a new Acadia. I saw the car I wanted online and went to buy it. As I arrived I noticed every car had no problems. I went there February 2021 to by a new Acadia. I saw the car I wanted online and went to buy it. As I arrived I noticed every car had about $3400 worth of add ons. From the $2000 "security system", tinted windows, overpriced floor mats, etc. That was a shame they need to do that. Plus, ever car already has a destination charge right on the invoice. They decided they needed to add another $1395 for one. The online add said a $799 dealer prep was included in the sale price. Ofcourse they added that again on the sales piece of paper. When I questioned these dishonest practices the salesman said they had to make a profit. Please see for yourself and then go to a honest dealership. I went to Bellamy Strickland GMC in McDonough. I know there are others also around. The Rick Hendrick Chevrolet dealership down the street does the same thing. More

Test drove a couple, and really liked the AT4 we drove. Went inside to start talking numbers, on a truck that had an MSRP of just over 41,000 + dealer addons and an "internet" price of 34,000. The first offer they laid down was over 43,000. What was shady, was the $1,895 destination charge that was below the vehicle MSRP(which already had destination of $1,195 included). Some 2,000 vehicle protection pkg that was bogus as well as a ridiculous $700 doc fee. We said that was not going to work, and it took 3 different people coming over before we were able to leave. The whole ordeal was unethical and I hate seeing the "shady car salesman" issues carrying on. Ended up buying from a different dealer and received top notch service and courtesy. My salesman "Ken" was nice. All the other folks were just not honest people. Andrew Ford was one the of the other folks that came by the desk. It was him and one of the other managers that were just shady. More
