Poor Customer Service I've been to this dealership a dozen times and everytime the service gets worse. Chandler my advisor was extremely nice but the dealership as a whole I've been to this dealership a dozen times and everytime the service gets worse. Chandler my advisor was extremely nice but the dealership as a whole is a disaster. If you can make it past the new car salesmen without being harassed on your way inside then count yourself lucky. I'm not going to get into the fact my cars had more previous warranty work done to it then it's purchased value. Nor am I going to talk about the fact my rear bumper was damaged and the dealership denied responsibility. At that same time I watched an employee literally back a customers car into mine. No what I want to talk about is the service managers disrespect for loyal customers. My car had an abs recall, which took two different Fridays to fix. On the first Friday they never fixed the issue but they did charge me $450 for an unrelated issue. Then this Friday they took 7 hours to fix an issue I was told would be done by noon. I was also told they took an hour break for a meeting. When I asked for a courtesy oil change Daniel the service manager said there in the business of making money and offered me 10% off. Lol. I get that in the mail. It was completely disrespectful to say that to a once loyal customer. Do Not Go To This Dealership. They do not value loyal customers. All he had to do was compensate me for wasted time and the issue would have been resolved. Stay Away. This place in the business of exploiting people hence the poor reviews. More

Earned my business Just finished servicing the Beetle I got for my daughter last year. The service was great once again. I even got to see the salesperson who helped me chose the Beetle, Jorge. I was in and out of the dealer very quickly and got some coffee and breakfast while I waited. Definitely coming back. More
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN!!!! THIS DEALER HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T UPDATE YOU WITH ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS YOUR CAR BEING SERVICED AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT THIS DEALER HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T UPDATE YOU WITH ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS YOUR CAR BEING SERVICED AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY ASSURANCE TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY NEVER DO. ONE TIME I WAITED 5 HOURS TO GET MY BRAND NEW CAR THAT HAD 5k MILES TOWED BECAUSE I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CLUTCH, THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED AND THEY DIDNT EVEN MENTION ABOUT GIVING ME A TEMPORARY CAR WHILE MY CAR IS GETTING REPAIRED, I HAD TO CALL THEM OVER 4 TIMES AND STILL NO GUARANTEE OF ME GETTING THE TEMP CAR FOR THE MEAN WHILE TO GET TO WORK AND GO TO SCHOOL. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS COLLECTING MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES CUSTOMER NEEDS, IT ALL GOES OUT THE WINDOW, AND THEY CLAIM TO BE THE BEST IN THE NATION? Horrendous sales & service tactics. I am writing this review due to the fact that Rick Case Volkswagen will not stop hounding me for sales & service. I guess they scan volkswagen's prio I am writing this review due to the fact that Rick Case Volkswagen will not stop hounding me for sales & service. I guess they scan volkswagen's prior service records at other dealerships or purchase information from VW, but whatever the process they will not stop hounding me. They call me at least 2 times a week, and usually at the most inconvenient time they ask if I have experienced the "Rick Case difference" I'm not sure what that is, but I'm sure I can live without it. I know these are just sales people trying to make money, but I'm extremely frustrated as I've tried to get them to stop. I've called Rick Case Volkswagen, and asked to be removed from the cold call list, but the calls keep coming. I've blocked every number they call from on my phone, but they're calling from a call bank so that hasn't worked either. On principle alone, I wouldn't buy a car from a band of idiots like this. The harassment isn't worth the savings besides someone needs to tell Rick's wife to stop wearing those foolish hats, you look like an idiot. More
