Less than two months ago, I leased a VW Cross Sport SUV. Two weeks after bringing it home, I received a recall notice for the backup camera. I immediately called the service department at Rick Case Volkswagen in Weston, but no one answered. I decided to drive to the dealership to make an appointment and was given another number to call. After some difficulty, I finally scheduled the appointment, but had to wait four weeks for service. On the day of the appointment, I dropped off the SUV on a Thursday afternoon with a service representative named Tiffany, who assured me she would send updates. Thursday and Friday passed without any communication. On Saturday morning, I called and left a message with the receptionist, asking for Tiffany or someone to provide an update. After waiting two hours without a response, I went to the dealership in person, only to find out that my SUV had not been serviced. I asked to speak with a manager and met with Jorge Molina, who explained that the service department was backed up. I was extremely disappointed and requested my SUV be returned. It took an hour and a half to get my car back. Mr. Molina offered to have the SUV serviced later that week, and assured me Tiffany would contact me. That call never came. Rick Case Volkswagen’s lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable. The failure to communicate or even service the car makes me feel unsafe. As a current VW customer, I will never return to Rick Case Volkswagen in Weston and will seriously reconsider leasing from Volkswagen in the future. More
I’m very frustrated about my last experience with VW Rick Case. I bought 2 cars Tiguan 2023 and Taos 2023, I have problems since the beginning and one year after, the only reply I have “We Don’t know”. They Case. I can’t count how many time I came to fix problems I had with these 2 cars. I waste my time. If you buy a new car is to not to have any worries. And actually, problems still there! To sell cars, they are the best, but after sale, nobody want to take the responsibilities. I try to find solution to sell these cars but they completely don’t care. The proposals are very low and nobody want to talk with me and take time to listen. Their business?? Just sales sales and sales. If you are a problem with new cars, they “calibrate” again and again but they don’t want to change something. It’s a shame. Finally, I sold my 2 cars to Carmax and I lost more than $4000. Rick Case said “our customers, our friends, our community, our home, our associates, our family”. I confirm, Absolutely not! Run away!!! More

After 10 years of being a loyal rick case customer, we had the poorest customer service experience. We started our negotiation over the phone (provided precise overview of current stage and goals) and we had the poorest customer service experience. Service at this dealer has gone down. A lot of people who only speak Spanish. The clients have to wait a long time for a simple service like a oil change even though I had an appointment. They told me it was. 2 hour wait after the fact and it was way over 2 hours . I had to go looking for the service tech no follow ups. And the music inside the dealer I felt like I was in the dealer in Miami . The customer service has really gone down. More
