Took my money on the spot and ... now .... they don't have the car. After 5 days I spoke to VW customer care thereafter and they have registered my case against Rick Case Weston for trying lease a 2015 VW Passat limited edition car which is under "STOP SELL" for faulty camshaft lobe that can shear off, reducing engine and braking power. I am considering legal action against them More
Worst Experience first of all let me start by saying I wish I could give them 0 stars. My girlfriend needed a new car and her dream car was a VW bug. So our first s first of all let me start by saying I wish I could give them 0 stars. My girlfriend needed a new car and her dream car was a VW bug. So our first stop was the Rick Case lot. My girlfriend hated the place the moment we walked in with the loud club music and people banging gongs when they purchased a car. We were first met by Mohammed who was a very pleasant man but he wouldn't let us look at any cars until he ran her credit which I thought was very unusual. As they ran her credit they were running it for a VW Jetta which she didn't even want. After waiting around for 45 minutes while they ran her credit we finally got fed up and asked to just look at cars. The first car they showed us was again a VW Jetta even though we made it very clear she was there for a Bug. We finally found a Bug that she loved. The list price was 18,900. It was time for us to start negotiating. To make a long story short they tried to push their financing down our throats and and said they couldn't get the list price below 16,900. After 4 and a half hours there we left with no deal. The very next day I was on autotrader looking for a new Bug and came across the exact same Bug we looked at the night before for a list price of (14,900!!!!) So when I saw that it was on. I called everyone I could even calling some fake Rick Case Phone numbers and I could not get anyone to give me an answer as to why I could not buy the car the night before at a price I felt was fair when they have it listed online for even less than I was offering! I got tired of waiting for a returned call so I went to the dealership to find someone to look me in the eye and give me an answer.I was told that was a listing price for a 4th of July sale and they could not meet the price any longer and that on their website the list price was 15,900 (which is still 3,000 less than they had it listed on the car) and their website had the same 14,900 list price. Apparently its a flaw with some expensive third party company they use to list their cars. Whatever. After hours of waiting around I was finally able to get them to agree to a sale price of 15,700 because at that price they were loosing money. (but as everyone knows they never make money lol) Oh and btw they tried to force my girlfriend to ring the gong which she told them multiple times she did not want to do. She is also now in a battle with the finance department over a check that they claimed could be changed to a later date and apparently now can not be. Thanks Rick Case Volkswagon you have scarred my girlfriend and I from any dealership now. More

There should be no stars for this horrible company . like all the other reviews everyone in there is sooooo pushy , I was rushed into buying a car (Jetta 2012) that they had insisted was a great deal and by the prices I believed it as well, until right when I left the lot I realized my door sounded hollow while closing the door . 2 days later I went in to see what was the problem and they insisted since buying the car I have already had it serviced to fix the car somewhere else .... It was a used car and I only had it for 2 days but they assured that I had it service somewhere else before bringing it back to them ... Which was the first scam . Now I have only had this car for 6 months and I'm having a problem with the whole engine (throttle body) and the censors ... They wAnt to charge me more than $1,000 for all the issues going on when they should of checked this before selling me a car . I had just went to Carmax to see what exactly they would give me the car for and they had told me before I had purchased this car ... It had gotten into a severe accident, and the whole front was reconstructed ... So now I'm at a total loss . trust me when I tell all of you I will NEVER send anyone to this dealership to just get screwed over like I was !!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO WHAT IM SAYING PEOPLE ! Customer service needs work Bought a new vehicle last month, took 5 hours to get out of the dealership, salesman did not inform us that he was also working with another couple, c Bought a new vehicle last month, took 5 hours to get out of the dealership, salesman did not inform us that he was also working with another couple, car had dings and scratches and was told that it would be taken care of during the 30 day inspection, came back and they did not honor their word. The mileage on the car is different on the contract than the actual miles on the car when delivered and a service contract for oil changes was sold but the car came with scheduled service for 2 years. These people need to get their act together. More

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN!!!! THIS DEALER HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T UPDATE YOU WITH ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS YOUR CAR BEING SERVICED AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT THIS DEALER HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T UPDATE YOU WITH ANY INFORMATION IN REGARDS YOUR CAR BEING SERVICED AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY ASSURANCE TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY NEVER DO. ONE TIME I WAITED 5 HOURS TO GET MY BRAND NEW CAR THAT HAD 5k MILES TOWED BECAUSE I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CLUTCH, THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED AND THEY DIDNT EVEN MENTION ABOUT GIVING ME A TEMPORARY CAR WHILE MY CAR IS GETTING REPAIRED, I HAD TO CALL THEM OVER 4 TIMES AND STILL NO GUARANTEE OF ME GETTING THE TEMP CAR FOR THE MEAN WHILE TO GET TO WORK AND GO TO SCHOOL. Horrendous sales & service tactics. I am writing this review due to the fact that Rick Case Volkswagen will not stop hounding me for sales & service. I guess they scan volkswagen's prior service records at other dealerships or purchase information from VW, but whatever the process they will not stop hounding me. They call me at least 2 times a week, and usually at the most inconvenient time they ask if I have experienced the "Rick Case difference" I'm not sure what that is, but I'm sure I can live without it. I know these are just sales people trying to make money, but I'm extremely frustrated as I've tried to get them to stop. I've called Rick Case Volkswagen, and asked to be removed from the cold call list, but the calls keep coming. I've blocked every number they call from on my phone, but they're calling from a call bank so that hasn't worked either. On principle alone, I wouldn't buy a car from a band of idiots like this. The harassment isn't worth the savings besides someone needs to tell Rick's wife to stop wearing those foolish hats, you look like an idiot. More
