On 11-01-17 at night I selected 2 cars from their online inventory in which I was interested. On 11-03-17 in the morning I communicated with them to schedule a test drive and so far so good. When I finished my work, I headed to the dealer which is about an hour away. Once I arrived they attended me immediately and just when we were looking for the car to see it and try it out, guess what, they had already sold it, at that moment I was surprised, but well I already had a second option in case that happened. To my great frustration it turns out that the second car had also sold it, incredible as they still had it on sale online when those cars did not exist, I do not know if they use it as a marketing trick to make the customer go to their dealer but the truth is that it is not professional at all if they do it with that goal. Seeing my frustration they tried to propose me another vehicle, which was not what I was looking for but since I had gone up there optimistically I thought that they could still fix their bad work and I accepted to try it. To make long history short once we were doing the test drive I realized the air conditioning did not work at all, incredible. We automatically returned to the dealer and l took off immediately without thinking twice, because it was not only their incompetence to keep their inventory updated, but they are also trying to sale cars with problems when that must be their number one priority. Finally my experience at Rick Case VW in Weston has been the worst I've had in any car dealer, their lack of professionalism, organization and respect for the client left me speechless and with great frustration. Personally I do not recommend anyone to go there to find anything. In case you decided to go, call first at least 3 times and make sure that what you are looking for is available, works properly as they describe and the price is the same as they publish. More
worst prices, customer service, customer service I expressed to them that i was heloing my mother release a car, i explained 2months ahead of time that i needed to get this done before the 19th of Au I expressed to them that i was heloing my mother release a car, i explained 2months ahead of time that i needed to get this done before the 19th of Aug. They told me they'd call when the 2018s came in and they didnt. I called them, again they told me they dont have the 2018s yet but theyed call 1st of the month, they didnt do that either but when i called again they expressed that theyve looked at my moms previous deal and they should have a problem keepingbit the sane or better. Fast foward to 1 week before lease turn in. They quote me $150 dollars more a month. I tell them thats insane and would add up to more than 50% of the cars value when the buy out only represents like 24% of its value. So they, knowing i was now in a pinch tried to hose me and line their pockets. Then i tell them i got quotes from other dealers for way better and they tell me that their policy is to beat any lease quote by $10 a month. Well i get a call from the manager saying they cant beat it and it impossible to beat. They insisted that the other dealers were lying to me. So now im in a pinch, and being told its not possible for a left over 2017 let alone a 2018 model. So i kept speaking with dealers and Naples Vw gave me the exact deal they told me would be $450 a month and 2k down for $312 a month with $0 down. Deal is done and i warn anyone that rick case is full of self preserving sales guys and department that just pretends to care enough to string you along enough to put you in a situation which you feel obligated to screw yourself into abhuge payment. If youre a smart consumer, youll shop around and avoid this dealership in the process. Never going to rick case again. More
$794.17 20000 mile maintenance on 2015 Jettta with nothing w My advice is to stay away from Rick Case VW and maybe all Volkswagon Dealers. Is it possible the recent $14B fines for being dishonest on their diesel My advice is to stay away from Rick Case VW and maybe all Volkswagon Dealers. Is it possible the recent $14B fines for being dishonest on their diesel vehicles means that Volkswagen needs to make profits any way they can even taking advantage of you for maintenance and possibly car purchases. My story follows: I called Rick Case Volkswagen Service Dept and asked how much the 20,000 mile Maintanence would cost. The reply was $247.00. May 27 my son took the car and Rodrigo the service guy said that Volkswagen recommends the brake fluid be exchanged every two years. So he approved that and asked for an alignment to be done also. Rodrigo gave him three sheets to sign, one on top of the other, staggered and said sign here, here and here. Which he did without checking each and every page. Why would he, he assumed this organization would be trustworthy? The cost for a 20,000 mile Maintanence on a 2015 Jetta was $797.17. After this I called Volkswagen Chat to ask how often does Volkswagon recommend the brake fluid be exchanged? The reply: the first time is after three years and every two years after that. Rodrigo lied to build the balance of the work order. This is a two year old car that had no problems. Just in for a oil-change and wheel alignment. Save yourself some trouble. Go somewhere else! More

No understanding of customer service!! More

Poor Customer Service I've been to this dealership a dozen times and everytime the service gets worse. Chandler my advisor was extremely nice but the dealership as a whole I've been to this dealership a dozen times and everytime the service gets worse. Chandler my advisor was extremely nice but the dealership as a whole is a disaster. If you can make it past the new car salesmen without being harassed on your way inside then count yourself lucky. I'm not going to get into the fact my cars had more previous warranty work done to it then it's purchased value. Nor am I going to talk about the fact my rear bumper was damaged and the dealership denied responsibility. At that same time I watched an employee literally back a customers car into mine. No what I want to talk about is the service managers disrespect for loyal customers. My car had an abs recall, which took two different Fridays to fix. On the first Friday they never fixed the issue but they did charge me $450 for an unrelated issue. Then this Friday they took 7 hours to fix an issue I was told would be done by noon. I was also told they took an hour break for a meeting. When I asked for a courtesy oil change Daniel the service manager said there in the business of making money and offered me 10% off. Lol. I get that in the mail. It was completely disrespectful to say that to a once loyal customer. Do Not Go To This Dealership. They do not value loyal customers. All he had to do was compensate me for wasted time and the issue would have been resolved. Stay Away. This place in the business of exploiting people hence the poor reviews. More
LIED TO They have a huge sign that states EARLY LEASE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROGRAM NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU OWE, EVEN IF OVER MILEAGE. I turned in early my lease They have a huge sign that states EARLY LEASE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROGRAM NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU OWE, EVEN IF OVER MILEAGE. I turned in early my lease and was over in miles and they said i would only be charged for excess wear and tear not for overage in mileage. So a 3 months go by and i receive a bill from VW stating that i owe them $950 for overage in mileage. If they wouldn't have lied i could've put that into my payments. When i went to the dealership they couldn't show me where i signed that i had agreed on that i would be responsible. So if you don't mind getting shafted then you can buy from them. More
Horrible Sales Experience A very poor sales experience at Rick Case VW. The dealership itself is quite pleasant with nice amenities for customer. My sales experience began wi A very poor sales experience at Rick Case VW. The dealership itself is quite pleasant with nice amenities for customer. My sales experience began with receiving a guaranteed, no haggle quote through the USAA buying service (Truecar). Upon my arrival, I was introduced to a salesperson who was very personable. I showed him my quote and told him I would buy the quoted automobile for the guaranteed price. He brought out the vehicle, and my wife and I test drove it. We told the salesman we would purchase the vehicle as quoted. He began by asking about financing and trade in. We told him that we would buy the car for cash, and there would not be financing. He excused himself and said he had to get the sales manager. He would be right back. About 20 minutes later the sales manager and salesman came in and immediately said he could not sell the vehicle at that price, because I was not financing through the dealership. He stated that the guaranteed price (which was a very fair price) included that I would finance the car and all rebates were factored in. He said that he would lose money at that price. I sympathized with him but insisted on paying the quoted price. This began the typical sales manager vs. customer scenario. He would retreat to his office, let us sit and come back to argue with us. I should have left, but this was a "guaranteed" price. This went on for several hours. At one point he said that he did not want to sell us a car. I asked if he was actually refusing to sell us a car. He replied he would but apparently we were not being cooperative. He insisted that we would have to pay an additional $1000 to make the deal. This cat and mouse game continued for about another hour. He finally came back and agreed to the original deal. We were then sent into the F&I office to complete documentation. The sales manager came in and announced that he discovered a $1000 rebate that could be applied to the deal. He had me sign an application for the rebate and whispered something to the F&I guy. The end result was to add an extra $1000 to the sale price, and then subtracting it from the price. The dealer benefited from the rebate not me. In addition in extra sales tax for me. All in all it was a horrible sales experience. It took over five hours to complete the ordeal. I have contacted Rick Case Corporate with my complaints and they would do nothing. Subsequent feedback was given to VW of America, and USAA Buying service and essentially no response after two months. Incidentally, I have had some interaction with their service department and I was quite pleased. My advice is that if you want to avoid intrigue, drama, and sitting for long periods, then avoid Rick Case VW, and be suspect of quotes from Truecar. They do not support their customers. More

RICK CASE VW dishonest sales force - negative stars I have already spoken with your general manager at the dealership over the phone in detail. He asked me "what he could do to fix this situation?",I to I have already spoken with your general manager at the dealership over the phone in detail. He asked me "what he could do to fix this situation?",I told him "Sell me the Jetta for the price your salesman Ken offered it to at." He said he could not. So, I guess the phone call he gave me was just to follow protocol? Here are the details of my stomach turning tuesday morning.... I had a certified check in hand, for the amount that Salesman Ken told me would cover the purchase. This morning as I walked into Rick Case VW, I was greeted by the sales manager, who handed me a book written by You, Rick Case as well as Your "direct" phone numbers. I also met Ken (salesman) who said he was handing me off to another guy. I never saw Ken again. Never heard from Ken again. We did a test drive in the Jetta that was offered to us over the phone. When done with that, we sat and meet with the same sales manager. Ken (salesman) was no where to be found. The sales manager told me the price, $2600 more than quoted by Ken. I said this is not the deal we spoke about over the phone. He said this is the best we can do. My conversation with Ken had me go to the bank, get a certified check for $15500. I asked to see Ken, the sales manager said "Why? It won't change anything." He would not bring Ken the salesman into the conversation. They hid him away in another part of the building. I drove 2 hours each way from Naples with my son, to get the deal I confirmed 4 times the day prior with Ken. I wonder if Ken gets paid by how many people walk into the dealership asking for him. I really wonder if he is a sales person, or just a YES man to get you into the show room? Here is the deal that Ken (salesman) told I would get. $12255.00 + $699 fee +tax, tag , title I asked him 4 times if there are any other fees on this purchase. $699+ TTT. "Any other dealer fees? "Absolutely not!" Ken told me. More
