Service at this dealer has gone down. A lot of people who only speak Spanish. The clients have to wait a long time for a simple service like a oil change even though I had an appointment. They told me it was. 2 hour wait after the fact and it was way over 2 hours . I had to go looking for the service tech no follow ups. If your looking to waste your time then this the dealership to buy a new VW. I went to the VW website looking for a specific Atlas Sport where the website showed they had 2 vehicles matching my sear dealership to buy a new VW. I went to the VW website looking for a specific Atlas Sport where the website showed they had 2 vehicles matching my search. I called to confirm that they still had the vehicle available and was told they did. I drove from Miami in the rain walked in the showroom then introduced to a salesman that had me walk through 3 floors of inventory to be told they didn't have the vehicle. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. I was just treated to an atempt of bait and switch. If your looking to buy a VW don't waste your time at Rick Case. More

Albert, one of the VW finance guys, is a little slimy snake. He tried convincing me that my car had less warranty than it actually has. When I wouldn't purchase it, he then proceeded to add a $700 charge snake. He tried convincing me that my car had less warranty than it actually has. Then he lied and said if I removed it, my monthly payment would go up....just a pathetic slimy little man. I'm sure he has conned many unsuspecting hardworking folks out of their hard earned money. If If I could give ZERO I would. I leased a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan from Rick Case in Weston. Sales people were nice but that's it! I've had my BRAND new vehicle in the shop more ti I leased a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan from Rick Case in Weston. Sales people were nice but that's it! I've had my BRAND new vehicle in the shop more times than I can even count. Driver seat completely replaced. Side mirrors on both sides not working needed replacement. Back seat hardware loose & faulty needing to be fixed. Horrible blind spots Transmission extremely "jerky" & a very uncomfortable drive. Not smooth at all. Cargo space poorly designed. Cup holders too close to center console- good luck pulling out a cup to drink. Most aggravating: Navigation system DOES NOT WORK! According to Apple articles online it is unsafe, dangerous & unusable. I promise I never like writing a bad review or complaining but since nobody seems to help with this problem the least I can do is warn others to AVOID this vehicle & possibly others to spare you the daily headache & aggravation. Corporate evaluating for a buy back but it takes long and I’m stuck dealing with it. My phone GPS works FINE in my husbands car and all other places!!!!
