Too busy to work a deal.. I reached out via internet to this dealer and filled out an application. I got the normal call back from Rafael Carrizales-Yerena telling me he would I reached out via internet to this dealer and filled out an application. I got the normal call back from Rafael Carrizales-Yerena telling me he would set me up with a sales person shortly. I explained my difficult situation and said not to worry a salesman would get back to me. This was a Friday. I then get a text, call, and email from Franklin. We spoke on the phone that evening and I told him my situation and what I wanted to get into. It was late in the evening so we decided to wait till the following day. The following day (Saturday) rolls around and he tells me its very busy and we will need to wait till monday to look at my deal...... didn't make sense but whatever I said ok. His last text to me was that Saturday evening and I never heard back from him. Had I of not told him to please let me know if he wants to work the deal or not it wouldn't be a big deal but the fact that I told him to let me know makes it bad. My last conversation with him was telling him to let me know when him or his organization has time to sell me a car to let me know. I never heard a single word after that. I guess he is the best salesman there and makes so much money that I wasn't worth his time. Congrats to him! Management really needs make sure their salespeople are following up. Follow up is critical and as a business owner I would never let any opportunity slip by big or small. More
