Leasing a car was actually an enjoyable experience, for once I'm 37 and have only leased cars since I was 18. My interaction with Hugo Okoye in Sales and Karissa Sosa in Finance was the most seamless leasing exp I'm 37 and have only leased cars since I was 18. My interaction with Hugo Okoye in Sales and Karissa Sosa in Finance was the most seamless leasing experience I've encountered in 19 years. I almost didn't want to leave the dealership, they were accommodating and their knowledge of sales and finance, respectively, were none I had seen before at a dealership. Your dealership has 2 invaluable human assets and I look forward to working with them in the future on family and friends' leases. My 2 most recent leases were a BMW ActiveHybrid7 and a Porsche 911 and my recent leasing experience at Rick Case Maserati certainly left the other dealerships in terms of service and overall experience in the dust ;) More
