When I made my decision to buy, my salesperson, Reggie Love, went to another dealership to pick up the auto for me and have it cleaned and ready to go when I came in to close the deal. I provided a target payment amount and that was achieved without a great amount of back and forth discussion. Went to this dealership after visiting Gwinnett Place Nissan and began looking at the 2011 Sportage. Reginald Love came over to help and take us for a test drive, but before leaving the lot he gave us an Nissan and began looking at the 2011 Sportage. He was very pleasant, enthusiastic, and knew every detail of the vehicle inside and out. While driving he demonstrated features and gave us a rundown of what to expect from the preformance and luxury of the Sportage. You couldn't ask for a better sales person. He had the right amount of excitement, knowledge and tact to keep someone interested and not push you away from what he is showcasing. After the test driving the Sportage we went inside to talk numbers. Reginald was very hospitable; showing us to his desk, asking us if we would like anything to drink etc. While negotiating the Sportage he was very respectful, well mannered, and informative. Price negotiations took us to the sales manager and the perfect deal was met, no shady side deals, misinformation, or changeups once we went to the F&I manager. They stood by the deal that we struck and never changed up, even when it amounted to very little profit. Their attitudes were very friendly and polite and always well mannered. The F&I manager was extremely friendly as well as the rest of the staff. He showed genuine care in trying to find me the best rate possible, even beating the preapproved rate my credit union gave me. After seeing a crowd of people in the lobby, I mentioned that I may be holding him up from the other customers. He responded that this is my time, and did not try to rush any part of the process at all. I highly reccomend this dealership for the quality of their staff, products and services. The extra incentives offered at this dealership are equally phenominal and definetly sweeten the deal. I am very glad I went 30 miles out of my way to visit this dealership, it was well worth the drive. More
