My husband and I visited this dealership today in hopes of purchasing a new car. We did select a beautiful 2011 platinum, graphite, gray Optima. We were offered bottled water refreshment as it was a very hot day. We were also treated very efficiently by Chase in the finance department. He also was courteous, knowledgable, personable and efficient in presenting the financial data for the closing of the transaction. We met several other individuals briefly who also were courteous. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Carter and this buying experience and will highly recommend Rick Case Kia to anyone who asks. Andrew was great. We were looking to com[pare a Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra and Mazda 3. He was able to take us to all 3 dealers and show us the cars.
