This is my first car buying experience ever. My old car, a 1996 Volvo, broke down on me three days ago. I had been looking to buy a car in the near future, but this pushed me to buy this weekend. I had my heart set on a Kia Soul in Alien, and called all 6 dealerships in the Atlanta area. Only this dealership and another actually offered to work with me, as Souls are in high demand and most are being pre-sold. I went to the first dealership, Cobb County Kia, and the salesman was very nice. However, after talking to him for a few minutes his sales manager came over. From the get go, the manager was extremely rude, pushy, and aggressive. I told them my price range and they weren't even willing to work with me and negotiate (not even by $500!). After an hour, my boyfriend and I decided to walk out on them. We then headed to Headquarter Kia on Peachtree Industrial. What a waste of time! They weren't even willing to work with me on my situation (not even to pre-order a car) and asked to wait for half an hour to find a sales manager, who was never found, and then told us they couldn't do anything for us. This was actually the second strike (that dealership) for them. A few weeks beforehand we had gone here to test drive a Soul, and the salesman was so unenthusiastic about the car and I knew more information than he did. Finally, we went to Rick Case Kia of Gwinnett. By this time, we were pretty much ready to say screw Kia, we'll buy a different brand. Once we got there and before going inside, we walked around the lot to check out other cars. There we saw a 2012 black Forte 5. It was beautiful. And it was taken. However, we still went inside, sat down with Michael, who I had made an appointment with, and told him I either wanted a Kia Soul in Alien or that Forte 5. He told me that the Forte was already spoken for, but had heard the deal may be falling through. So we sat down for a few minutes to discuss our options, and he told me to be honest that there were only 16 Souls in the southeast states and only 116 in the entire nation. He did everything possible to try to find a Soul I wanted, but I couldn't be pleased. He then found out that the Forte was available, we took it for a test drive, and he met me in my price range. I had already financed through Capital One, and he (along with Chase, their financial guy) found a better rate and lower monthly payment for me. This was the best experience I had all day. EVERYONE was so nice and pleasant. There was no aggression or pushiness involved. To further help me out, they took my trade without even looking at it. It certainly isn't worth much, and I told him everything wrong with the car upfront and that I would need to get it towed there (which was completely fine), and he got me the best deal possible on the trade. Another thing too, I got to take my car home yesterday and have my Volvo towed up there today! If you're shopping for a Kia, go to this place first. You will not leave unsatisfied. And if you do, just take one of Rick Case's business cards (the owner); it has his personal cell, house, and work numbers on it. More

This was my first new car purchase and I was prepared for the worst, having dealt with other dealerships several times for service. You hear all of the jokes, cliches and horror stories, and one assumes that's how all dealerships behave. But that was not my experience at all. I can't say that I've ever heard about or experienced the level of customer service I received at Rick Case Kia. Everything, and I mean everything, was as positive of an experience as it could have been. Clive really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and gave us an outstanding price. Clive and I exchaged several emails and had a few phone conversations before I came in. He was never pushy and was always patient with my questions. His only concern was that I got what the vehicle and deal I was looking for. His attitude and care were absolutely genuine. I really can't say enough to express my satisfaction. Collin Bramlett, general sales manager, handled the financing. I was also very pleased with his level of service. He showed us our options and potential warranties we could purchase, and let us decide what we wanted with no pressure. He even matched the lower APR we were offered from our local credit union, even though we were going to finance with him anyway. Another display of genuine customer service from Rick Case Kia. We purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento SX. If you want a luxury type SUV/Crossover, consider the Sorento. The SX is loaded with features and "bells and whistles" that you would expect to find at a much higher price point. Absolutely love it and couldn't be happier. More

I gave the highest rating possible for Rick Case Kia and to Carter Collins, the salesman who assisted me. In fact, if I could, I would rate them even higher. Everyone was surprisingly friendly, and you could tell it was real and not just a way to try to get my business. They made me feel comfortable, confident, and unstressed about buying a car. They were willing to work with me on the amount of the car, and so far I am happy with the car. The overall experience was wonderful, and I would recommend them to family and friends. If I had to pick one thing that impressed me the most about this dealership, it would be the friendliness. To me, that is important in customer service--people who really care. I believe that if I had to buy a car in the future, I would go to Rick Case first. Thank you for your help. More

Everyone was very friendly and all worked hard to make the sale of the car we had chosen. My only complaint was that we had to wait a long long time after we arrived at a deal, before the financing was c the sale of the car we had chosen. This was because the one finance person there at the time (time) had other customers before us. Once we got in to see him, we were very impressed with him and he was able to finish his business very quickly and get us on our way. All in all, it was a good experience. More

She made sure I was comfortable with my choice. She was patient in showing me different makes and models. Even offering to do searches at other locations to make sure I got the Kia I wanted. I never felt rushed. The dealership was very nice and all the employees were friendly. I chose the Sportage and I love it! I was able to get all the features I wanted for a price that worked for me. I would recommend Kia and Marty to anyone who is looking for an automobile. More
