Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. After having our 2020 Sorento for over a month to swap out the transmission, we get it back with a massive oil leak and they we have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible and management is horrible. I should have known after having a horrible experience purchasing the vehicle. I guess this is how they treat people that pay off their vehicles too quickly... NEVER AGAIN! More
