As always I received excellent service from Rick Case Kia of Duluth. I had an appointment for the 18 of August, but after talking to my Sale Consultant Greg Moore he talked to Brandi in the service departmen of Duluth. Bought what appeared to be good condition 2019 forte. Had home 1 week. Car covered w pollen. Rinsed after pollen calmed down. Bad spots worn into hood paint. Manager denied left that way. Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. After having our 2020 Sorento for over a month to swap out the transmission, we get it back with a massive oil leak and they we have ever dealt with. After having our 2020 Sorento for over a month to swap out the transmission, we get it back with a massive oil leak and they are blaming it on us and telling me that the warranty won't cover it. The customer service is horrible and management is horrible. I should have known after having a horrible experience purchasing the vehicle. I guess this is how they treat people that pay off their vehicles too quickly... NEVER AGAIN! More
