New Car Purchase Undisclosed Previous Collision. 6-7-18 I purchased a new KIA Sorrento in 2015 from Rick Case KIA, and I was recently informed (about 3-4 weeks ago) that the vehicle had been in a 6-7-18 I purchased a new KIA Sorrento in 2015 from Rick Case KIA, and I was recently informed (about 3-4 weeks ago) that the vehicle had been in a front end collision and poorly repaired before it was sold to me as new. This auto dealer, Rick Case KIA, sold me a new vehicle, that had been in a previous collision, and did not disclose this upon the sale. Fraud? Now the dealer, Rick Case KIA, says they won’t honor any of my warranted repairs because of the collision I had nothing to do with, and never knew about. The question being, how many wrecked, repaired vehicles are they selling as new? Tried to go through all the correct channels to correct this issue and have gotten nowhere. Tried to talk to the Rick Case KIA manager, told me I was a liar. I tried to talk to Rick Case’s assistant, she refused to respond. I tried to contact Rick Case directly, no response. I tried to get KIA Customer Affairs involved in California to help, they accomplished nothing. The dealer has put the blame on me, very disrespectfully at that. Basically the manager of Rick Case KIA called me a liar. The manager of the dealership also made me an offer to trade my car in, let me buy a new one from them, and he would send my car to auction without divulging that the vehicle was ever in a collision. Fraud? I need help getting this message out to anyone interested in doing business with Rick Case Automotive Group. Don’t! Frauds! Selling damaged vehicle as new, and calling what could have been a long time client, a liar. Rick Case or his lead associates will not return any of my calls or emails. Worst experience ever dealing with a car dealership, its management and all the others involved. More

BEWARE!!!!! SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR BREAK LIGHTS AND THEY "CLAIMED" THAT SOMEONE PUT WIRES IN OUR CAR WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE CAR!!! NOW THEY ARE CHARG SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR BREAK LIGHTS AND THEY "CLAIMED" THAT SOMEONE PUT WIRES IN OUR CAR WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE CAR!!! NOW THEY ARE CHARGING US FOR SOMETHING THAT WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH!!! SO IT SEEMS TO ME THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!! DO NOT GO TO KIA ANYWHERE BECAUSE IF ONE IS LIKE THAT THEN THEY ARE ALL LIKE THAT!!! SCREW YOU KIA!!! I wish I could return my car I purchased the maintenance package for my car and worst decision ever . Went in for an oil change and the usual inspection. They said they changed my oil and topped off all fluids.... not one fluid topped off and my dip stick for the oil was low.... how is it low when I just picked it up..... did they even touch my car? I don't trust them one bit. More
Best service Rick case Kia sunrise has one excellent staff all of them were very helpful and kind I have a 2014 Kia sported she had an issue with a valve stem on Rick case Kia sunrise has one excellent staff all of them were very helpful and kind I have a 2014 Kia sported she had an issue with a valve stem on my front left tire they replaced it unfortunately the issue came back then they had to replace the whole entire system and the issue has gone away I appreciate all the time and effort they put into it The entire service department including the mechanics did an excellent job and are very nice people I definitely recommend this dealership which case should be very proud of his employees More
