On Dec 22, 2023 I purchased a 2023 Kia Stinger from Rick Case Kia. When filling out all the paperwork with the Otto Aponte the finance advisor I inadvertently signed up for a CostGuard extended warranty whi Case Kia. When filling out all the paperwork with the Otto Aponte the finance advisor I inadvertently signed up for a CostGuard extended warranty which even said I did not want. I did not realize this until a few days after the purchase. When realized I purchased the extended warranty I attempt to contact Otto. After multiple attempts and unreturned calls and voicemails, I had to contact the general manager and THEN the finance Otto got back to me. When I finally spoke to Otto he told me it could not be cancelled until 90 days. Now bear in mind this dealership is a good 40-45 minutes away from where I live. So I drove up there and dropped off the CostGuard cancellation form with Otto to submit in 90 days. When I received all the paperwork form CostGuard I found out that was NOT true in regards to it can't be cancelled until 90 days. It needs to be cancelled WITHIN 90 days of purchase, and within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Once I realized the cancellation needs to be submitted within 60 days, I attempted to contact the Otto. First issue there, NO ONE IN THAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT EVER picks up the phone. Every attempt to call Otto went to voicemail. On 1/19/24 I left a total of 3 voicemails. I was told he was in yet he still has NOT contacted me back. I even sent an email to the dealership and STILL NOT ONE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME BACK!! Because of this I contact CostGuard directly and they told me they should be able to process the cancellation without going through the dealer. I never have dealt with a car dealership with this level unprofessionalism and lack of customer support. Since NO ONE still have not contacted me, a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this dealership!! More

Lorenzo, the representative, was not friendly and showed no interest in serving me well. I left the car at 9 am, picked it up at 2:30 pm, and it wasn't even washed. My daughter, Holmes, bought a Kia Forte less than a year ago. Radio doesn't work already. The dealership needs to keep it for "a couple of days at least". Salesman Eiran Torcatt did a great job the service department not so good. The sunroof on the car needed to be replaced, the insulation in the engine compartment was torn apart by a rat, the vehicle department not so good. They charge 799 for a dealership fee for what they did nothing to the car i would not buy another car from them. More
I recently purchased a 2022 used Kia. At the end of our transaction as we were about to get into our newly purchased vehicle and we ask Austin, the sales agent for our two key fobs.. he s At the end of our transaction as we were about to get into our newly purchased vehicle and we ask Austin, the sales agent for our two key fobs.. he says "Oh, we can only find one fob." "I guess there is only one, I don't know where the other one is." I will look into it I promise and get back to you. A new key fob is over $600.00. Do you think he got back to us? Nothing, nada, silence. We have called and emailed.... repeated. Disappointed in lack of disclosure and support. Rita says she stands by her customers, maybe she will get us our key fob. At this Rick Case Kia dealer in Sunrise they commit fraud and lie to the customer. I went to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe on October 7, 2023 and they wanted to sell me the vehicle $1,000 higher when a price had al and lie to the customer. I went to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe on October 7, 2023 and they wanted to sell me the vehicle $1,000 higher when a price had already been discussed and with damage to the rear bumper when they said the vehicle was in perfect condition. I traveled 3 hours and 45 minutes to make this purchase for this car and ended up leaving empty-handed. The worst treatment I have received at this dealer and especially with Mr. Anthony Larson who does not know how to deal with customers. More
