I chose this dealership because of its solid reputation. I was impressed with the professionalism of my salesman, Daniel Fernandez along with the other staff members that helped me complete my purchase. I appreciated their no-nonsense and direct approach to sales, meaning that there wasn’t any unnecessary waiting or chatter. I actually purchased an entry-level Kia Soul, downgrading from a larger model. I was treated as if I was buying the best car on the lot! The entire staff was friendly, smiled, made eye contact, shook hands, and were very respectful of my needs treating me with respect and courtesy . Prior to purchasing this car, I had gone to a few other dealerships in the area. My experience with them, paled in comparison to my experience with Rick Case. This dealership is 40 minutes away from my house and there is a closer dealership five minutes away. This place is worth the drive. I will continue to use Rick Case for my future auto service as well as future purchases. If you are like me and find the whole auto-buying experience to be frustrating and daunting, Go to Rick Case Kia because they will treat you the way you should be treated. More

I drove 100 miles to get the car to get the car I wanted and they had it all ready to go. A 2024 Kia Forte GT in black pearl. The car is beautiful and fast. I contacted the salesman, Alejandro Cova on 3-20-24 asking for a quote on a 2023 white Kia K5 LXS that had about 5100 miles on it. It was listed for $20,050. I had the same exact car in silver, which asking for a quote on a 2023 white Kia K5 LXS that had about 5100 miles on it. It was listed for $20,050. I had the same exact car in silver, which ad 6,067 miles. I just wanted another color of it. I told him my care was in mint condition, garaged and I could get him a Car Max offer on it. He told me not to bother, and he would send me a quote. Another dealer had a trade in estimator on their website, which said my car was worth $19,000. He get back to me hours later, asking me for $6,000 ! He only allowed $16,000 for my trade in. Highway robber. Never calling or going back to this dealer again. But most of the dealers in SE Florida are like this, that's why I travel far away to get a real deal. Then a manager has the audacity to send me an email asking me about the service I received. I gave him some choice words. More

Had to take my 2012 Kia Optima here as it was the closest dealer to my house. I had an engine failure that was under warranty due to the engine bearing failing. After this they told me I had to pay for every dealer to my house. I had an engine failure that was under warranty due to the engine bearing failing. After this they told me I had to pay for everything to put the engine into my vehicle costing me over $2400. After that my transmission failed consecutively to this and they wanted $4400 for this repair. I wanted a second opinion and took my car to Phil Smith were they told me that the warranty for the engine should have been honored and done at no cost and that my transmission could be done for a much more reasonable price. Rick Case is full of clowns who rob you anywhere they can and I see why they have the ratings they deserve. More

There have been numerous issues with the car since I bought it and each time I went to get it repaired by Rick Case Kia, I was told it was fixed. Although, it was never actually fixed and the problems continued to return. I eventually was fed up and refused to take it back- until my car stopped turning on. LONG story short, they told me it was my battery. When I took my car to AutoZone to have my battery checked, they said it was charged, and in fact not dead, nor is the battery the problem. Rather, he said it could be a list of other things that would be more difficult to diagnose than a battery issue. It has absolutely been my final straw and I am incredibly disappointed in the service and lack of honesty I have encountered. More
