Pleasant and painless From the beginning hasel free, given a chance to review all models and than was approached by Christian my salesman. I had to talk to the manager to get my car out of their shop because it was visibly idle in the same spot I had left in...for 3 hours. Incident 2) seeking help for a faulty steering wheel, they laughed in my face and dismissed my explanation for having a broken steering wheel. They were planning on overcharging me $300 for a $180 part. Elvis Lopez was the only professional working there. More
Condescending I am a 29 year old woman and I was taking my parents on vacation and decided to stop and purchase a car on the way to Boca Raton. I had been shopping I am a 29 year old woman and I was taking my parents on vacation and decided to stop and purchase a car on the way to Boca Raton. I had been shopping for a 2017-2018 Sportage EX with the premium package at several dealers throughout the week and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. The initial saleswoman brought in her “closer” Ozzie that was very rude to me in front of my parents! The sticker price was fine... they tried to add a $1,290 conditioning fee on a 2018 Sportage with only 9k miles. I explained that I understand they want to make a profit, but a bogus fee was not okay. I refused to pay the full price and told them I would purchase the vehicle if they reduced that fee by $890. The closer came down by $750ish. I requested he throw in a set of mats and we could proceed. He told me that the mats were worth $270 and he would not provide them (and we know the dealers get mats in bulk at a deeply discounted rate), that he was doing me a favor by reducing that fee and that he doesn’t need to sell me the car. I waited for a smile... a laugh... anything to let me know that he didn’t actually insult me in front of my parents. I clarified, and asked if he meant that he could sell to anyone and doesn’t want my business. His reply was “Oh, absolutely!” My father did not appreciate the disrespect and told the man there was a better way to negotiate and to not insult his daughter. Needless to say, we took our money elsewhere, because the salespeople would prefer to lose a $25k sale over $890/$750 + floor mats. I was nothing but respectful and upfront with their staff, didn’t haggle over the sticker and simply wanted a bogus fee reduced. Terrible terrible service... almost forgot that two salespeople looked me in the eye when I walked in for about 15 seconds, to which I loudly said Hello!! to them first. Only one responded back (Juan Carlos didn’t speak) smh. Never ever do business here! More

Oil change 3 hrs than Daniel said I needed an antenna Long story short when I took the car back for the anttena wish my anttena was not even loose as they said it was Elvis and Daniel we're insisting on m Long story short when I took the car back for the anttena wish my anttena was not even loose as they said it was Elvis and Daniel we're insisting on me doing a survey on the spot and that they would do it for me I told them I never heard of such a thing you have not even given my keys back what's the problem I will do it later, even the guy that was there said he never heard of such a thing, got my keys left there went home than I went back to the car to get the dealership's paper work when I noticed a dent on bottom right bumper called the dealer it was closed went back the following morning my son went inside to get Daniel he took pictures to give to Elvis I never got a call back like Daniel said, so on the 4th day I called Elvis answered said to come in went there it was a waste of time nothing was done call and emailed Rick Case to no avail not even a call back from Rick Case and now my phone number is blocked NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL , AND MY CAR STILL DENTED. More

Frank was extremely patient and listen to my wants and suggested different cars. Anthony was just as helpful. Patient and not in the least bit pushy. When it was time for the finance part Jamal was great and explained everything I needed to know. I am extremely pleased with the service I got and the outcome of the day. I left the dealership with a new Soul and without having any questions unanswered. I hope that the "powers that be" recognize their employees as hard workers and people that actually care and are #1.
