Quick and painless service! Went into Rick Case Kia for a regular maintenance on my KIA Sportage and was very impressed by the service staff’s friendly and helpful manner as well Went into Rick Case Kia for a regular maintenance on my KIA Sportage and was very impressed by the service staff’s friendly and helpful manner as well as their professional approach to dealing with the clientele. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I was informed of my options and given the opportunity to choose corrective measures. The wait area was very nice too. Well lit, clean and very comfortable without being loud and crowded. Overall, the service and treatment I received at Rick Case Kia was outstanding given that this was my first time going there and being new to the area. More
