I came with an appointment set for a regular maintenance and they took over 3 hrs to complete the job. Everyone came and left and I was the only one in the showroom. Having to go back and forth with the ser and they took over 3 hrs to complete the job. Everyone came and left and I was the only one in the showroom. Having to go back and forth with the service advisor, I finally got it but I found a scratch that wasn’t previously there when I dropped it off. This is my second worst experience here. I took my car (2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited) to the 7,500 miles checkup. They told me that this checkup includes several items: motor oil, filters, system checkup and tire rotation. This are the designer spe miles checkup. They told me that this checkup includes several items: motor oil, filters, system checkup and tire rotation. This are the designer specification for keeping the car for a good usable life. ( BTW we own the car is not a Lease).After the service, in my home, my son check the tire pressure and found that the tires were not rotated (the tires are marked), even though specified in the Invoice the gave me. Is this could a problem with the workshop supervising, or this is by default to save man-hours? Now we don’t trust this Rick Case Unit.(Plantation, Fort Lauderdale? Customer 1000616) Now we are suspicious. Did they make the whole service, particularly oil change/ filters? More
You guys have incredible service people especially Ernest, he is the number one reason I have keep this dealership for all this years.
