They need to get their act together when it comes to maintenance. You can't get anyone when you call and they continually mis-diagnose issues or don't diagnose at all it seems and you keep having to go maintenance. You can't get anyone when you call and they continually mis-diagnose issues or don't diagnose at all it seems and you keep having to go back for the same issue. Service used to be good but maybe as you go in more often and they have to charge it to the extended warranty, they get more reluctant to offer good service. Who knows. One star. More

When told there was only one car in the household, we’re told not eligible for loaner car because it was not a mechanical issue. When asked to drive the car without air conditioner until part arrived, my husband explained, I am a Cancer survivor whose right lung was adversely affected. Facing breathing challenges with Florida’s weather. Nothing! Not only were we assured with a loaner car, the part came in, lied when it came in and a week later my husband and I are without our car. This is tragic. . More

Repeatedly spoke to Robert Labelle and Collin Lord. Called general manager, does not pick up. When I drove the car it clocked inside 96 degrees. Imagine with respiratory issues. Shame on them! Stefano Vigil is the worst advisor at this dealer. He has poor customer service skills. He failed to update me about my car status and return my calls. He told me when I dropped my car off that it would have to stay for the following day, which did not happen because I had to miss work on the day my car was supposed to be ready. Given that he knew about my transportation trouble, he should have called or texted me so that I could make arrangements. Because of that experience, I will not bring my car to this dealer for any future services or purchase a new car with them. I drove from Hollywood to this dealership only because my buying experience was great, and my first oil change advisor was excellent. However, this trip will be my last trip there. Unfortunately, communication was not one of his skills. More
