While the Service Advisor Jimmy Richardson was extremely nice and helpful conducting himself in a very professional way, the other people were very unprofessional while asked for help and trying to take adv nice and helpful conducting himself in a very professional way, the other people were very unprofessional while asked for help and trying to take advantages of customers, breaking contracts. Very disappointed with the way they present contracts and mislead people to buy repair coverage that they will not honor.
