Worst customer service ever. Took my Sante Fe in for service for brake lights staying on. I saw the service advisor in my car on his cell phone for several minutes. 4hrs and service was incomplete Arrived on time for my scheduled appt made the previous day at 1145am. Good. Bad oil change and battery replacement was needed oil change started 25 m Arrived on time for my scheduled appt made the previous day at 1145am. Good. Bad oil change and battery replacement was needed oil change started 25 min later rep informed of possible induction cleaning and cabin filter and another item I declined then didn't here anything again until 1:30. Then said having trouble getting authorization for third party warranty of battery. Which was purchased through this dealer. Finally was told at 245 company responded to authorization new battery minus labor. Had to pay out of pocket for install of battery. Paid. Then wanted to check everything because of past service issues of incompletion. Spoke with service manager and windshield fluid and radiator was topped off after I said something. After 25 min later the car was completed. 4hr to do these easy service functions ridiculous. Paul Goodwin More
