The shuttle driver wasn't there. and they had no replacement. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. They could have had my car all day and I wouldn't care if the shuttle was running and able replacement. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. I've had nothing but the best service each time I've gone to the Service department. I'm really paronad when the warning lights comes on and I just stop by and they reassure me it's ok and they will take car to the Service department.
