I brought my car in for a recall. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The Rep was great about giving me her number if I had any issues and needed to reschedule the appointment. If there is a way to know a day that isn’t packed then I would say go here. When I pulled up to my appointment it was super packed in the service section. I didn’t speak to someone for like 10 min. Then a person who just walked in no appointment was served before me and left before me. I understand they want to make money but they need to get more organized. Customer service however is on point. I usually go to Jose but I got Karim today, both of them are very nice and always tell me what is needed at the moment and what isn’t which helps me out because I am a single mom and spending a lot at once is a little crazy for me. More
