My family and I live in Coral Gables, which is about 1 hour away from the dealer, however I have always heard great things about Rick Case and I had also purchased my previous car from the Rick Case Honda hour away from the dealer, however I have always heard great things about Rick Case and I had also purchased my previous car from the Rick Case Honda in Weston. When we first parked and got out of the car we were given the chance to actually walk and approach the car we were interested in, something that I greatly appreciated as the first thing you think of when you think of a car salesman is a shark. Andy greeted us and instantly started answering our questions. At first we were interested in a used car however since it did not have all the features we were looking for, Andy was able to find a new car for us that had everything we wanted. He allowed my husband and I to take turns driving as well as put in our car seat to make sure we still had the room we wanted as well as to be able to drive on the street. Andy continued to answer all of our questions without a problem. I was very grateful for all of the time he was spending with us. Once we were done test driving the Santa Fe, my husband and I both agreed that this was the car for us. Andy escorted us inside, offered us coffee and water and even gave my son gummies. Andy helped us get a great interest rate as well as a great price for my dream car. Jimy and Michael were very nice and patient with me and my family as well, which again I was very grateful for. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in a heartbeat. More

Back in 2005 i promised myself I would not do business even again with Rick Case. When I first spoke to Donnie I was impressed with his professionalism. I ended up leasing a 2013 Santa Fe fully loaded. T even again with Rick Case. When I first spoke to Donnie I was impressed with his professionalism. I ended up leasing a 2013 Santa Fe fully loaded. The after sales assistance was fantastic. I look forward to do business with Rick Case again. I do hope that they are able to keep up the level of service provided. More

I was excited after he showed me several models on the lot and I had to agree with him that having a NEW car reduced my stress factor by 100% and this car was giving me features I had not had before i.e. Bluetooth, no Alarm to purchase, and plenty of room. There is a cultural component at play in this place that is noticeably different, consistent across its employees, consumer-oriented, and refreshingly welcoming. I used Edmunds to request a price quote on a 2013 Santa Fe Sport from 5 different dealerships, and knew from my research this dealership is consistently top-ranked by consumers in South Florida. It was the first to respond to the inquiry (within 30 minutes), and the only dealership to respond with an actual quote. I had a couple of phone conversations that morning with the Internet Sales rep, who was open and honest in letting me know they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in the configuration I was looking for on the lot. I agreed to drive (90 minutes North, and past several other Hyundai dealerships) there the same day to test drive the same vehicle in a different color, and if I liked the car they could get me the one I wanted within 24 hours. I'm glad I did. The same level of professionalism and welcome engagement was reflected by the Sales staff and Finance Manager. The price they quoted me quite fair. Their approach was very matter-of-fact, to-the-point, and direct. There was no need to haggle either way. No pushiness. Good sense of humor. I appreciated their honesty and flexibility in working with me, and they equally appreciated my recognition that they are in business to make a profit on their sales. We had a great dynamic, and neither side got "taken" by the other. It was a win-win. All said and done, my "out-the-door" price ($32,500) was $1,000 higher than MSRP, which was about $500 more than my own internal target price - for a popular car in high demand. This was a perfectly reasonable number that both sides could live with. For it, the dealer went out of its way to make sure it had a happy customer. A few examples: >> It located the EXACT vehicle (color, configuration) that I wanted at another dealership >> It sent a tow truck 90 miles north to pick up the vehicle for me the same night, and towed it back 90 miles to its own lot >> It spent the better part of the next day detailing the vehicle and installing the optional equipment I had purchased >> When the detailing was done, it put the vehicle back on a tow truck and delivered it to my home - 45 miles south of the dealership during rush hour traffic >> I received courtesy calls and status updates every couple of hours right up until delivery >> I received an extra set of factory carpeted floor mats (I paid for 1 set and got 2) and a carpeted cargo mat free of charge ... that's a $195 retail value >> After delivery, I noticed a fuse box cover was missing and called the dealership to see if they misplaced it during final inspection -- they put it in a FedEx overnight envelope for me. >> During the process I inquired about Hyundai's advertised 3.9% financing - they were very proactive and actually got me 2.34% Could I have made the process a lot more difficult for both of us and haggle the price down a little bit more? - probably so. But the dealership treated me with respect and dignity, and I chose to reciprocate the gesture, which paid off in big ways for mutual benefit. Highly recommend this dealership if you want a different, pleasant, pressure-free experience. Kudos to Stacy, Malik, Fares, Orlando, and Ted for understanding and adapting to their customers' needs. I'll be referring others. More
