After visiting numerous dealerships this one completely met my expectations. I arrived in the late evening where I first met John Kidd who greeted me at the door and immediately asked me about what I was met my expectations. Originally I just wanted to look at Honda Civics because of the reliability issues with the brand. A good friend of mine started talking about the Elantras and that he had a friend that had just bought one and was in love with it. Because of this I wanted to make a learned decision and bring together all of my options. John showed me numerous vehicles and was very friendly and courteous. After test driving the Elantra I decided to veer away from the civic and making an offer on the Elantra. Because it was already very late I decided to return the next day to complete the transaction. I met up with John again and continued dealing with the buying procedure. At this time is when I met Frank Martinez who also exhibited the upmost professionalism in dealing with my transaction. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the entire transaction. He walked me through every step and even gave me a business card at the end asking me to make sure to call him with any issues. All the promises were met. Frank made an otherwise stressful situation into a calming experience. It was a no brainer to realize that I have found my dealership of choice. I have bought 4 Hyundai's 3 from Rick Case, they use to be great now I can see a change it is all about bussiness, my car is under warranty, it is a lemon, 2012 Hyundai sonata turbo 2.0. they had to rep to be great now I can see a change it is all about bussiness, my car is under warranty, it is a lemon, 2012 Hyundai sonata turbo 2.0. they had to replace the carpet under 10,00 miles it was wearing out, then the center console the paint was peeling, now today the car engine light was on, I brought it in, they told me that was under warranty but I had to buy filters over 100.00 dollars, then I went to see my sales person Patrick he was off until 1:00pm he was promoted the sales guy asked if I wanted to see a car, I sad sure I looked around told him I have a lemon, he then took me around I already saw a car I wanted because I was there early by 2 hours before opening the show room ,,, then they have me fill out the paper work and its about 60.00 more amonth for what I am paying now... I told them no deal.. my car was ready for 1 hour but they did not turn the paper work in my guess is that they wanted me to buy the car, in which I did not ... after i got my car from service I called Lehman Hyundai I gave them the same invoice picture they told me they could get me in the same car for 10.00 more amonth from the payment I have now and a free month no payment.. see there is no loyalty anywhere anymore .. Don't buy from Rick Case More
