Mr. Andrade is an excellent salesperson. There was no pressure to make a purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai product line and extremely courteous and respectful. This is the second new 2013 Hyundai Sonata that I have purchased from this dealership and Mr. Andrade was my salesperson both times. I found him to be completely trustworthy and not trying to deceive me in any just to make a sale. Mr. Goldberg was my Finance person on both of the new Sonata's I purchased from Rick Case. I found him very trustworthy and courteous. I feel he goes out of his way to make sure you understand all facets of the highly complicated car sale/lease transaction. He went over each step of the transaction very slowly and made sure we understood it before moving onto the next step. More

I WAS GIVEN ONE PRI WENT TO YOUR LOCATION TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR AFTER ONLINE CAR INFORMATION REQUEST AND SEVERAL PHONE CALLS ON JUN. 2 2013 SUNDAY. I WAS GIVEN ONE PRICE BOTH FOR MY TRADE AND NEW CAR PURCHASE. I DID NOT AGREE WITH THOSE NUMBERS. I REQUESTED TO SEE THE INVOICE FOR THAT CAR ,THEN I WAS TOLD GOOD BYE WHEN A MADE A RESONABLE COUNTER OFFER AND KNEW THAT I WAS BEING RIP OFF. I KNOW EVERYONE IS HUMAN AND CAN HAVE A BAD DAY BUT DON"T TAKE IT OUT ON ME YOUR CUSTOMER . I EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE YOU WOULD LIKE. WITH RESPECT. LET ME MENTION THAT I HAD MADE A HYUNDAI PURCHASE BACK IN APRIL 2012 AND I SAW THE INVOICE. ALSO HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO YOUR SERVICE DEPT. SINCE THEN. MAYBE THAT DAY THOSE EMPLOYEES WANTED TO GO HOME BECAUSE I GOT THERE AT 4PM AND NO ONE WOULD EVEN EXPLAIN HOW THEY CAME UP WITH A MONTHLY PAYMENT ,CAR PRICE OR TRADE IN AMOUNT. Great Service and support at Rick Case Hyundai, Ft. Lauderdale - they really live up to their moto, "Our Customers, Our Friends." I went in for routine service knowing that my 2009 Sonata looked g Lauderdale - they really live up to their moto, "Our Customers, Our Friends." I went in for routine service knowing that my 2009 Sonata looked great, ran great, and at 57,000 miles had another 43,000 miles of full extended warranty coverage. But I took along a flyer I received from another dealer "We'll top your Blue-book value" and handed it to a very personable salesman in the showroom. He showed the flyer to his managers, they said they could match it, and on the lot we found the perfect car - color, options, & trim, and made in USA (Hyundai Alabama). Mr. Jaehrling and Sales Manager Mr. Fonseca explained all the benefits to trading in my paid off Sonata, in very knowledgable and agreeable fashion, so I'm now driving a brand new Elantra - secure in a new "extended wrap" warranty, and with Mr. Jaehlring explaining the fancy new "Bluetooth" system, which not only makes "no hands" phone calls, but plays your phone's music or video (news) on the stereo wirelessly. The Elantra is almost as roomy and powerful as the Sonata, with better gas mileage in a very sporty package. More
