The staff was professional, responsive and kept their promises on the car options and price offered prior to coming in the dealership. They were "upfront" in dealing with me, providing me with the detail promises on the car options and price offered prior to coming in the dealership. They were "upfront" in dealing with me, providing me with the detailed information I requested via email, which was needed in helping me to make my decision. They were sensitive to my concerns about not desiring to spend four to six hours at the dealership going back and forth between the sales rep and some "unseen manager" haggling over the car's sales price. There was absolutely no bait and switch tactic. By means of all of this, I rate customer service excellent. The experience was indeed positive. More

We did not want to purchase a car that day just wanted to look. Eddie was very pleasent as was Ted Goldberg. The only negative thing I have to say is I thought it very cheap of the store not to fill the tank look. Eddie was very pleasent as was Ted Goldberg. My husband and I get a new car every few years and we have moved around a lot so we have had the opportunity to experience numerous dealerships and sales consultants. While I have never had any negative experiences to date, I can honestly say that my experience at Rick Case Hyundai was by far superior to any other car dealership I have ever used. The customer service was above and beyond what I had expected or have ever experienced. The two people that we worked with are Ted Goldberg (Finance Manager) and Kirt Shoenheit (sales consultant). We were so well taken care of, and they were both very diligent about making sure we understood everything about the vehicles and financial agreements we left with. The financial paperwork, which I always have a hard time understanding in complete detail, was so easy to follow with Ted, and he genuinely cared about making sure that we got the very best deal possible. Kirt was extremely thorough with showing us the vehicles and explaining/showing all of the features in detail. They did not let us leave without making sure that we felt completely satisfied and comfortable. It was very clear to us that both Mr. Goldberg and Mr. Shoenheit were focused on meeting OUR needs and OUR goals as opposed to any "sales agenda". I feel extremely safe and secure in their hands and from here on out, I will be a lifelong customer of Rick Case Hyundai as well as both Ted and Kirt! More
