Dealership didn't call us whenever our part came in to finish recall repair. We called and found out that the part was just put on a shelf with our name on it. We did have a suggested transmission service done whenever we went in to have ordered part installed. Happy with service as it was. Will never know if a part was ever needed to finish recall service.
