Dealership didn't call us whenever our part came in to finish recall repair. We called and found out that the part was just put on a shelf with our name on it. Makes me think the ordered part was just a s finish recall repair. We called and found out that the part was just put on a shelf with our name on it. Makes me think the ordered part was just a scheme to get us to have other maintenance done that dealership recommended. We did have a suggested transmission service done whenever we went in to have ordered part installed. Happy with service as it was. Will never know if a part was ever needed to finish recall service. More

They gave me an okay price for my trade but I knew I would make up some of the difference in the tax savings. Or so I thought. After agreeing on the trade in they came back with adding on $3000 over th would make up some of the difference in the tax savings. Or so I thought. After agreeing on the trade in they came back with adding on $3000 over the sticker price. I was told the do this on all new cars now "Because We Can" (AKA Greed Fee). During the Finance portion of my self inflicted torture, Omar did not include my $1000 cash deposit (in addition to the Trade in), signed me up for "The Next Mile" pre-paid maintenance and let me leave without a copy of the vehicle registration. As he was racing through the page flipping, I caught that the $1000 was missing from the contract but instead of correcting his mistake, Omar just had the cashier refund me the deposit. Omar did not go over the fees and I did not catch the pre-paid maintenance plan until I went onto the My Hyundai App and discovered the amount financed was different from my paperwork. Now I am paying taxes on additional $1,344 with nothing to show for it. I left multiple messages for Omar and did not receive any call backs. My sales agent spoke to Omar and I still did not receive a call back. I went into the dealership and was treated like garbage by Donovan when I explained the situation to him. Was told to have a seat and Omar would be with me. Multiple finance people were mulling around but apparently not able to assist. After about 45 minutes, my sales agent saw me standing there and I explained things to him again and he was very apologetic. He took me over to Omar's "supervisor" and, I cant make this up, cut me off and basically scolded/mocked me for making an error in calling the "prepaid maintenance plan" an "extended warranty" and quickly dismissed me stating Omar would be able to assist me. Fortunately my sales agent was still standing there and got to witness the treatment firsthand. I finally got in to see Omar, showed him the "Next Mile" document and told him I wanted it canceled. Ended up going back to the dealership the next day due to the cancelation being completed on a form that only addresses gap insurance. Ferris explained that the gap insurance provider and the pre-paid maintenance are administered by the same company under different names (not at all confusing for a customer). Rick Case if this is how you treat your "best friends" I would hate to see how you treat strangers or people you don't like. Overall I resent making this purchase at Rick Case. I beat myself up every time I get into this car. There is no joy with it and I don't see myself holding onto it for very long. Not that it is a bad car, just the way I was treated by the dealership, the way the purchase was manipulated and feeling completely ripped off leaves me feeling regret. I should have listened to my gut and walked out the first night when I heard "Because We Can". More
