AMAZING, words are simply not enough!! I've purchased 2 vehicles with Donnie Barnes, let me just put it to you like this....I have interacted with several car salesman in my life time so I I've purchased 2 vehicles with Donnie Barnes, let me just put it to you like this....I have interacted with several car salesman in my life time so I am not new to this. Donnie Barnes is by far the most amazing sales person that I know. His customer service skills are over the top, he cares about people period. Mr. Barnes takes serving customers to a complete different level of superb excellence. Mr. Barnes has absolutely no idea that I was going to write a review regarding him but I feel like this, when you have an employee like Mr. Barnes, someone should know because people like himself do not exist, or if they do it is very scarce. I'm asking if you could please share this with Mr. barnes as he is simply THE BEST and he always kept me encouraged even when the deal looke totally impossible. I would suggest that you do whatever it takes to keep Mr. Barnes on your team as people like him are extremely hard to find. Extremely patient, caring, understanding, and the BEST!!! Donovan is seriously knowledgeable and he knows his stuff! Donovan assured me from the beginning that he would take care of me and what was in my bes Donovan is seriously knowledgeable and he knows his stuff! I have to admit, I really gave Donovan a very hard time, although he was trying to help me I still gave him a rough time. Donovan never once got frustrated with me, all he said was, "okay Mrs. Jackson, give me a few minutes and I will get back with you, don't worry". Donovan worked all Saturday morning for I know at least 3-4 hours until he got me where I needed to be. I just want to say that Donovan's customer service communication skills are outstanding and I'm here to tell you to PLEASE keep Donovan employed at your establishment because he is a person that makes Rick Case Hyundai stand out as number 1. Donovan did not have to do what he did for me and put up with my "not understanding", but you know what he did and for that I am very GRATEFUL to him and for him! I am hoping that everyone in your finance department is as good as Donovan because if not, this waould be a sure dissapointment. As a matter of fact, Donovan should be the one that trains all the other finance people with how to deal with irrate customers like me, not everyone has the skills and talents that he has.
