The staf is pleasant, the location is clean, but the service takes forever. An oil change (a scheduled appointment made oil change) I waited 2 hours. When you have to call the service department, it tak service takes forever. An oil change (a scheduled appointment made oil change) I waited 2 hours. When you have to call the service department, it takes forever to just get someone to answer the phone. And this was better than the last time I had to use the service department. I had two other cars from Rick Case Honda in Sawgrass and never had an issue with their service at the sawgrass location and even in the miami location. But Rick Case Hyundai in Plantation is a stressful mess. More
