My Service Rep, Tony, was very helpful, friendly and positive. Even went out of his way to show me settings I wasn’t familiar with. While leaving, my Sales Rep, Miguel, saw us and came outside to ma positive. Even went out of his way to show me settings I wasn’t familiar with. First and last visit to Rick Case. Service advisor was late to work so we ended up being served about 30 minutes late. Took almost two hours for a routine oil change with an appointmen Service advisor was late to work so we ended up being served about 30 minutes late. This led to very poor and unprofessional communication at every level of our visit and then the dealership refused to correct a significant maintenance issue. Will not visit this dealer for service on our Hyundai again and would never go there for a purchase. Avoid at all cost!! More
