Went in for a standard oil change. Didn't expect anything more than that. Matt was very helpful and friendly. Dishonest or Poor Service You Decide I took my 2013 Sonata in for a Factory Scheduled Service and was billed for things that the Service Agent deemed I needed in addition to the Manufactu I took my 2013 Sonata in for a Factory Scheduled Service and was billed for things that the Service Agent deemed I needed in addition to the Manufacturers Service Schedule. Well not only were these "essential extras" not needed, requested or approved by me, the items that were a part of the routine service were not done correctly or to my specifications. Lie # 1. I requested a synthetic oil change and when I asked for confirmation that this was done I got the deer in the headlights look and was told they "...used a blend". Well I wanted to check with Parts & Service" to see which manufacturer they use because I run Mobile 1 synthetic in my 3 vehicles. I was informed that they don't carry any blends. Lie # 2. The in cabin air filter was supposed to be changed as a routine part of the scheduled service. I asked to be shown where it was so that I could monitor it between scheduled changes. I was shown and when it was pulled out it was the same dirty one that had been in there all year. Lie # 3. The tires were supposed to be rotated and balanced. Guess what, they were not, I mark my tires to see where they get positionally rotated to. I paid my bill and left and I won't be back. I am going to Jim Ellis who is equal distance from where I live. Daniel - service center Daniel at the Rick Case Hyundai service center was awesome. I've had bad experiences with the Hyundai crew over at the mall of GA but Rick Case and Da Daniel at the Rick Case Hyundai service center was awesome. I've had bad experiences with the Hyundai crew over at the mall of GA but Rick Case and Daniel made my experience at their dealership much better. Daniel did everything in his power to get me back on the road and help my overall situation. Daniel You are the man! Give that man a raise Rick Case!!! More
