Good buying experience, LOUSY service experience! I bought a 2015 Genesis last year with 10K miles. I loved the car from the time I climbed in it for the first time. Unfortunately, a few weeks later h I bought a 2015 Genesis last year with 10K miles. I loved the car from the time I climbed in it for the first time. Unfortunately, a few weeks later had an electronic issue. It took 4 trips to Rick Case and complaining to their regional service rep to get them to finally find what they admitted to me was a dangerous issue. When I returned to pick up the car. Tammy, the service manager confronted me and tell to tell me in so many words I was lying. I quickly corrected her by reciting the timeline of events. She was not happy with me. As I climbed back in the car, another electronic issue happened in front of her. As I pointed it out, she replied that I should expect "hiccups" from time to time. Four trips since then and they still conveniently find nothing wrong. So periodically I and anyone riding with me have our lives put in danger when the adaptive cruise control fails to see the traffic in front of us!! Shame on you Rick Case! Shame on you Hyundai! More
