I have a 2010 Hyundai Genesis sedan and as with all cars, something minor can go wrong. For a point of reference,I have owned three BMW vehicles (bought new at dealer) before this Genesis, bought new at Rick something minor can go wrong. It was a Saturday afternoon and I backed my car out of the garage and heard a noise and shut it off and when trying to re-start, it failed to start up. I called the dealership (about 3PM) and got Matt Rowan and explained the situation and he had a new Genesis sedan delivered to me within 30 minutes. He had me call Hyundai Roadside Service and they had a flatbed pick up my car within 50 minutes of the call to them. I didn't even need to take Matt back to the dealership, he had a chase-car there to pick him up and take him back. Monday morning early, Monica called to advise me of what they were doing and kept me appraised of how repairs were proceeding, she was and is polite, cheerful and extremely helpful. My car was done on time as promised and they even detailed my car before it was delivered to me. All in all, it was the most satisfying experience I've ever had for an auto service. The local BMW dealer may have an expensive coffee machine (which I am sure I and others have payed for...)in the waiting area, but their business and service people could learn from Matt and his people (Monica). More

Fred Scott was a good sales person since he persuaded me to purchase my 2010 Hyundai Veracruz SUV. I am usually the type of person who walks out and thinks about the offer but since I was able to negiotate to purchase my 2010 Hyundai Veracruz SUV. I am usually the type of person who walks out and thinks about the offer but since I was able to negiotate and get some things that I wanted, I was satisfied. I was a little disappointed that my battery died on me several times as well as having an issue with the sunroof that was installed making some noise whenever I rode with it opened, but Fred Scott always made sure that the repairs were completed. I was especially pleased to be able to do business with Derwin Ware because of his warm and friendly personality as well as his patience to allow me to ask questions that sometimes may not have always related to his department. He would take the time an go that extra mile to get my questions answered which would make me feel more comfortable to contact him first about any issues that I needed to have taken care of. He always made me feel that he was genuienly happy to see me. I never felt that he was in a hurry to finish conducting business with me. I really appreciated the way he worked with me. More
Brought our company car to this dealership for 120,000 service. Spent $1,000 changing plugs, filling fluids, oil change, transmission flush, etc. Got the car home and 3 days later the alternator failed. service. Spent $1,000 changing plugs, filling fluids, oil change, transmission flush, etc. Got the car home and 3 days later the alternator failed. (could be a fluke). (let me go ahead and mention that the windshield wiper fluid was bone dry on return and air filter was not replaced with oil change). Brought back to the dealership and they say that the valve covers need to be replaced along with some wiring and the alternator. Let them change the valve covers and wiring and decided to let my husband replace the alternator since in was in an easy spot to get to and they wanted $900 to replace. Upon picking up they tell us that the plugs needed to be replaced as well. What??????? Wasn't that replaced the first time??? We made them pull the paperwork where the car was worked on a week before and sure enought the plugs were replaced. Or were they? Or were they just trying to screw us out of yet more money now? We had already spend a lot of money and it's crazy to me that they were LYING to get us to spend yet more money. Very shaddy guys. Would not let anyone I know go there. Some auto shops try to up sell you on every service which is annoying, but what they do. These guys lie with no concience to make money. Very sad and bad business practice. More
