From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family not a customer, they even know you by name. Everyone from sales to service to management is awesome at this location. They are very courteous and helpful to your needs. I went in for an oil change today and was taken care of by the awesome Francesca and Jim. My wife and I look forward to seeing you guys again next time, thank you for everything, you guys ROCK!!! Very highly recommend, I've told all my family and friends about you all. Jim got things done super fast , all the staff was polite and friendly made me feel like family and my baby, lol my 2012 Fiat 500 which I am totally in love with was given back beautiful , clean and shiny after painting a small line on the roof where the paint was chipped all covered by warranty ,approved quickly so not a penny out of my pocket.THANK YOU GUYS, THANK YOU JIM . Terrible service department!! They had my car for three days and every time I called to get a status update I was transferred from department to department to voicemail. Brought my POP for an oil change. Fell in love with the X. Test drove the 500x and got a good deal. Alex showed me everything I needed to know about the car. Natalio and Cynthia fashioned a sweet deal, Guiller Test drove the 500x and got a good deal. Alex showed me everything I needed to know about the car.
