Sales process great but after that downhill So many people directed me to Rick Case Fiat when buying a car for my oldest daughter, and they were right. The sales process was great, but it has be So many people directed me to Rick Case Fiat when buying a car for my oldest daughter, and they were right. The sales process was great, but it has been all downhill since then. The Fiat was for my daughter going to college in a year. We had to find out the hard way the car doesn’t come with a spare and the only place to get the tires are through the dealer. On top of that, the car is not even one year old and so far the arm rest has fallen off and an outlet in the car is not active. In trying to get to the service center I have to put aside an hour to be transferred at least 8 times, and then have to wait for a call back. I will be buying a car for my younger daughter this year and don’t think I will be going back… More

But when we got to Rick Case and had the pleasure to meet Manuela we felt home. Manuela was amazing.. friendly and not pushy at all (which is something i can't stand from a sales person). She walked us thru the process, let us think about the different options and stayed with us the entire time at the dealer. Manuela is young and very sweet but also professional and welcoming. When we explained that we are originally from Colombia she introduced us to one of the top managers, Cynthia Toro who, even though was for sure very busy, took enough time to meet and support Manuela on this transaction. He held our keys hostage so he can try and make a deal. Till the nicest person in this dealership Rocco told him to give them the keys and deal with him personally. If you are going to fiat for whatever reason run if you have a Natalio assisting you. All his fellow coworkers look on displeased as I'm sure this has happened more than once in the past. When buying a car you want to feel comfortable. To end my rant I would like to say to any buyer we went to Gunther Mazda took 2 hours to sign papers and walk out with a brand new car for 350 a month exceeding our expect ions. If you must get a fiat talk to Rocco first. Only person I'd deal with in this dealership. More
