Recently picked up a lease for a 2024 Acura Integra for my daughter. This was my 2nd experience with Rick Case Acura and both have been smooth & easy. I reached out to the sales manager, Matt King, as he was the person I dealt with in the past. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he promptly sent a very competitive lease quote to me. I visited the dealership the next day so that my trade-in could be appraised. I had already gone to CarMax so that I had some sense as to what the car was worth - the trade ended up being appraised at exactly the same rate as CarMax. I reviewed the deal - it was very straightforward, all pricing was upfront and clear. Once I agreed to the deal I waited about 10 minutes to get into the finance office. David Nunez was great - explained every document, worked very efficiently - we actually completed the deal before the car was back from getting detailed! From the time I stepped into the dealership to the time I was driving home was about 90 minutes. I will most certainly be back to Rick Case Acura! More
