Rich Case Acura Prior to this visit I had to wait nearly 3 hours to plug one of the tires. I purchased the insurance and there was no record of it and my understanding was that the tires or tire would simply be replaced. That's the reason why I bought the insurance when I signed my lease. The lady at the front desk needs to have a better attitude and customer service, I think her name is Beatrice.
