New Outlook on Buying a Car While I do not enjoy the process of buying a car, Ruben, Mo, and Matthew made the process easy and enjoyable. Ruben greeted us upon our arrival at Rick Case and let us look at cars without feeling bothered or pressured. He was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. My husband and I found the car we wanted and thus began the process. We met Matthew, a manager, at this point, and he, too, treated us with kindness. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the process. We had great conversation while waiting on the paperwork and felt like we were making new friends! Finally, we met with Mo to discuss the financial aspect and, once again, he was kind and funny. He explained everything to us, answering all of our questions, without making us feel incompetent.
