Mr. Frohlich, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is appreciated. I have done an internal investigation at the Dealership and identified that the service breakdown was twofold. The Service Advisor that you were initially working with, Kurt had an emergency and had to leave temporarily leaving Andy to follow up on the tire pricing. Secondly, there was a disconnect between the Service Advisor and the Parts department regarding this as well. In relation to the spare tire kit, It is part of the Sales Consultants Delivery process to review the features of the vehicle including the tire inflator kit which is located in the trunk area of your vehicle. This Tire Inflator Kit, along with Roadside assistance can assist you in getting to the nearest Acura Dealership for repair or replacement of your tire. I have addressed to the General Sales Manager to provide reinforcement training to the Sales Consultant to ensure that does not happen again. I am so sorry that you were not provided the level of customer service that you deserve. As a concrete token of appreciation, can I offer you your next Oil Change and Tire Rotation free of charge?
