Arrogant and incompetent This morning I had a flat tire. When I went to go get my spare, I realized I had none. I called the dealer, I was informed that spare tires don't com This morning I had a flat tire. When I went to go get my spare, I realized I had none. I called the dealer, I was informed that spare tires don't come with new cars. I wish I would've known it when I purchased my Acura MDX. OK no worries, I got towed to Ricky's Acura. Of course they take care of me right? Wrong. Took them almost 3 hours to change a tire. Every time I came in and asked where is my car, I said oh it's almost ready. After an hour and a half of almost ready's, I was ready to explode. To add insult to injury, when I asked how much it was to have the tire change, they told me $193. Of course the final bill was like $230. They neglected to add up all the fees. I could've gotten the same tire at Tire kingdom for Less with much better service. My entire day was ruined. I would never ever use this service center. More
