Excellent Customer Service Mr. Contreras and the Rick Case Acura staff are absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I were not subjected to any high pressure sales and Ruben took the Mr. Contreras and the Rick Case Acura staff are absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I were not subjected to any high pressure sales and Ruben took the time to show us multiple vehicles while the team ran numbers for both finances and leases. The staff was patient and thoughtful and now my wife is a proud owner of an Acura MDX.
