Unprofessional bully! Refused to let me turn in my lease, refused calls from acura finance company, Told me he had too many cars on the lot and to take my car to a different dealership. Dont usually write negative reviews but. I usually do not post negative reviews but in this case other buyers need to know who Rick Case Acura really is. In January 2019 I purchased a 2017 I usually do not post negative reviews but in this case other buyers need to know who Rick Case Acura really is. In January 2019 I purchased a 2017 Acura TLX and MO SALEH (MOHAMMED SALEH) was my Finance Manager that submitted my loan documents and finalized the Deal. He did offer me an extended warranty which I did not take, a maintenance plan for oil changes which I did take and a $1000 premium for an insurance in case my vehicle was ever stolen they would provide me with $5000 which I DID NOT ACCEPT. My wife was also there with me through the deal and confirmed we did not accept this. But unfortunately I did not read the final documents as they were emailed to me at a later time and I signed the deal. After speaking with MO about it he stated this was un-refundable and that he would make an *arrangement* for me to receive funds back in increments of $100. It took about two months for me to receive the 1st check. He advised once I receive this check to contact him. The last 3 months I have been trying to get in contact with him with no luck. I have sent him 5 emails, called the front desk 3 times and left messages for him, tried to reach someone online to have him call me back with no luck. Then I just decided to show up and met with him. He arranged for me to receive a second payment of $100. That was over two months ago and I have not received anything. I am very upset on how this deal worked out for us. We are paying an Extra $1000 for nothing and highly upset at the fact my Emails and Calls are being ignored by this Finance “Manager’’. More
