I can’t emphasize enough what amazing customer service is provided at Rick Case Acura. I have been a customer of Rick Case Honda for the past 3 years and my amazing sales representative at Rick Case Honda provided at Rick Case Acura. I have been a customer of Rick Case Honda for the past 3 years and my amazing sales representative at Rick Case Honda (Camilo) put me in contact with Mo and Hassan at Rick Case Acura and the transaction couldn’t of gone smoother. I was able to do the whole approval process over the phone and I was even able to pick my vehicle with pictures that were sent to me via text. Although my payments turned out higher than I wanted, I had an amazing experience and I’m so happy with my vehicle. Thank you Mo, Hassan and Camilo! You guys outdid yourself like always. More

My service advisor, Fransisco Garcia, was so friendly and explained everything to me about the servic day-of for an oil change and maintenance check.
