Scheduled my first service appointment for my Acura 2020 RDX and was very pleased from beginning to end. Service technician met me at scheduled time and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about m RDX and was very pleased from beginning to end. Service technician met me at scheduled time and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He said it would take 1 1/2 hrs and that's exactly how long it took including car wash. Honestly couldn't ask for a better car buying experience.
