Cannot be more unhappy about the lies and overcharges. We were overcharged, Rick Case refused to honor a tire replacement plan they sold us, and we paid for. Estimated charges were incorrect, In Rick Cases favor. We had to get help from our insurance company to get everything resolved. Rick Case did not want to deal with our insurance company. We had to threaten to call the Police in order to get the charges resolved. Once we placed a call to the Police Rick Case Arita miraculously realized their error. We R Senior Citizens and Rick Case Acura did everything possible to take advantage. Rick Case Acura proved they are a company one should not do business with. The above represents only a small percentage of the problems we had with Rick Case Acura.
