Awesome!!! I brought my vehicle to the Collision Center after having an altercation with a deer. Even though I had to wait about 3 weeks for the first available I brought my vehicle to the Collision Center after having an altercation with a deer. Even though I had to wait about 3 weeks for the first available appointment, I was not disappointed in the service I got once it was time to bring it in. April stayed on top of everything! When I first came in, I needed to be picked up by enterprise. Kim called enterprise a few times because they were taking a while instead of just letting me sit there and wait and wonder. I was told that it was going to take week for my car to get fixed. I dropped it off on a Monday (appt was on Tuesday) and it was done by Friday!!! They cleaned my car for me among other things to ensure that I was taken care of. Thank you everyone who was involved in making sure my car was fixed right! More

Life Savers On the eve of loading my 2015 Explorer to move my daughter out of state, it would not start; no lights, radio, door locks = dead. I am stuck at 330 pm On the eve of loading my 2015 Explorer to move my daughter out of state, it would not start; no lights, radio, door locks = dead. I am stuck at 330 pm during downtown rush hour and panicking. It was inspected two days prior where the "other" dealer stated the battery was fine. I called Richmond Ford Lincoln (who I've dealt with in the past) and anxiously explained my situation. Sherry Moore stated that they had no appointments left that day but if I could get the vehicle to them, they would do their best to get it checked out. Ford's Roadside Assistance sent Fletchers Towing to help. The driver jump started my vehicle and followed me to the dealer to be sure I didn't stall. Once I arrived, Joey DeAlba caringly listened to my predicament, wrote up my ticket and kept me informed about the progress. At one point Joey went to Mike Romano (his Service Manager) on my behalf. I was never more relieved to find that it was just a dead battery but then Mike authorized a free replacement (warranty ended 3 days prior). RFL even gave the Explorer a quick wash! I cannot thank the Team at RFL enough for stepping up and showing they cared. They made me feel like much more than "a number". I am truly grateful for Sherry's, Joey's and Mike's actions and teamwork in easing my anxiety; and renewing my faith in the Service industry. Richmond Ford Lincoln is TOP NOTCH! Xterra Front Suspension Repair The front suspension of my Nissan Xterra had been damaged in an accident and I had trouble finding a shop to attempt a repair. They all said that the The front suspension of my Nissan Xterra had been damaged in an accident and I had trouble finding a shop to attempt a repair. They all said that the frame was bent and I needed to take the car somewhere else. Finally, Richmond Collision Center agreed to properly evaluate the damage and determined that the frame was not bent by measuring it with their frame machine. The estimator was very good and kept me informed each step of the way in repairing the front end. He selected an excellent mechanic for the work, the necessary parts were replaced, and the car repaired at a reasonable cost when I thought that I may have to sell it for its salvage value. I would highly recommend Richmond Collision Center for mechanical work which may be necessary following an accident. More

Awesome!!! So easy to work with I brought in a second car I have an older car, my mother only drove it once before she died Friday m cancer. Over the years the car needed some body work and new paint. Insurance would only cover a small part of the cost but was going to declare it totaled. Kari really understood why I wanted to hold on to the car. She really worked with me and the insurance company and found that fine line that mad the repairs affordable while keeping the auto nsurancr company happy. I was so empressd that when my son had a car accident two weeks later (different car) and insurance quoted the cost for repairs... I called Kari. She was able to cut a third of the cost and had the car back to my son faster then I could have hoped. I was so impressed with Kari that I've referred friends to her and am looking forward to working with her again. Several years ago I swore off Richmond Ford because how I was treated while looking to buy a truck. Kari has given me cause to rethink that decision . Thank you !!!! More
Fantastic Experience! I have worked with Richmond Ford Collision Center for the 3rd time now and I have to say that each time has been a wonderful experience. This time, I I have worked with Richmond Ford Collision Center for the 3rd time now and I have to say that each time has been a wonderful experience. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Turner, Johnny Beauchamp, and April. Jimmy stayed in contact with me regarding the appraisal, parts/supplement for my car, and kept me well updated on my car's progress. Jimmy made the transition of getting my car repairs and pick up an easy one. Johnny has worked on our vehicles 3 times and he is phenomenal and has a real talent for body work! He can put a car back to new! I can't say enough great things about his work as he is just the best. He also kept us updated! April greeted me when I came in and told me what paperwork needed to be taken care of and called the rental car company a couple times to make sure I was being picked up. I felt that her service was exceptional as well. I think Richmond Ford has a really great Collision Center team! It has been a pleasure working with them and I will continue to recommend to my friends/family. Kristi Gibson More
Chris jones I took my car in to get repaired at the collision center after a fender bender. The bumper was fixed correctly but the air conditioning was not. I brought this issue up to the dealership and got very defensive answers until I dealt with Chris Jones. He was extremely apologetic and very professional. He fought on my behalf to make sure that the customer was taking care of the way they should be. I now fully trust the dealership despite having other negative interactions because of Chris Jones. He worked tirelessly on my behalf and he had to revisit the issue several times before it was fixed to his liking. I deal with a lot of business people all day long from all different industries . Chris Jones is one of the most sincere professional individuals I've ever dealt with. He should teach a class to all of Ford dealerships in the area on how to deal with customers and how to retain customers . He clearly understands how put the customer first and knows if that's done the business will always Florish. I will recommend this dealership to everybody I know especially the ones who have a Ford or are in the market for a new car . It was not easy what Chris did he had to navigate through many different hurtles to make all parties satisfied over a dispute. Incredibly professional individual who sympathizes with the customer. I don't trust them because of how business is handle and I think they are dishonest about repairs needed to your car. I have a later model MKS I brought a little last than a year ago I took it in for the free state inspection had an appointment for 12:30p.m it was almost 4:30p.m before my car was ready to long of a wait time with an appointment, then they tell me my car will not pass because of two tires with problems one had a nail in sidewall and the other looked to have some rubber coming off the treads looked good. I couldn't understand how the tire with a nail passed and the one with rubber coming up didn't so the bottom line is I had to get one tire so that my car could pass inspection, the problem is ford got me again for almost 300.00 for a tire or leave with a rejection sticker. When you ask questions they dance around giving you an answer it's feels like they are not concerned about you just out for your pocket book. Another thing I have a new plan coverage on my car paid almost 3,000 extra for it and needed something fixed that was covered but was told it wasn't until salesperson Tony Taylor helped me out and found it was covered, thanks Tony. This was the worst service experience ever I don't trust then and will not bring my car in to ford again and will not recommend them to anyone. I will buy from them but just not service there, honesty, trust and feeling valued as a customer is very important to me. I hope this review change the way the service department relates to customers in the future. More
