Went in 5/14/22 for my complimentary state inspection that comes with the purchase of a new vehicle. Had a 830 appointment. This isn't my first time. I've been taken advantage of in the past so I look th that comes with the purchase of a new vehicle. Had a 830 appointment. This isn't my first time. I've been taken advantage of in the past so I look things over before I take my vehicle in. One thing I pay particular attention to is the wiper blades. I,ve been had by the old your wipers need to be replaced because they are torn trick before. I check every time before I get an inspection. I keep good blades on my vehicle's if they streak at all I'm replacing them. The blades on my car where the expensive beam type. Less than a year old. Drove there in a light rain wipers working perfectly no streaking no tears I checked. After waiting over an hour and a hafe for a scheduled state inspection our girl comes out and says everything looks great but your wipers need to be replaced because they are torn. I'm beyond furious. I had them put a rejection on it no way I'm paying them to replace wipers they ruined. I checked when I left with my rejection sticker 3 out of the four ends now have tears. Everyone was very nice and service director Corey tried to smooth things out assuring me they would never employ someone who would do something like that. BS. So be aware check your blades before you get your inspection you might be next. I got my replacement blades from Advanced down the street. As they had to be replaced now that they had 3 tears that weren't there when I arrived. Don't be fooled your free inspection comes at a cost. I'll happily pay my local shop for now on. Corey gets 1 star from me. While he was very respectful and friendly. He injected himself into the situation. I didn't ask to speak with him. Him constantly telling me what happened didn't happen did not help. What he couldn't seem to get or acknowledge is that someone might actually check there blades for tears before bringing in there vehicle. I guess he expects people to keep falling for the same old trick. You can't smile your way out of it. My only expectations are honesty, integrity, and quality work. More
I called to track down some parts on a Saturday for one of my companies vehicles. My call was taken by Steve and was extremely pleasant from the beginning. I was looking for a very small but significant part for a diesel truck. I tried to explain the one part of thousands that make up the engine components. He tried looking and the parts he thought I was referring to weren't the ones his system showed. He emailed me diagrams to help figure it out while continuing to be extremely patient and kind. I realized I was only a few miles from them so I went by. Upon speaking with Steve, he showed me he was determined to figure it out. After a few minutes of looking at different diagrams, we were able to locate the items I needed and they had them in stock. He was very patient, pleasant and beyond professional. I would definitely refer and use them again when I need help and parts. Thank you! More

The manager worked with my schedule and helped me to find a time for service that met my personal needs while checking all the warranty information to make sure any repairs that qualified would be honored. I was so impressed with their concern for my well being and experience I just had to write the most positive review I could. So choose Richmond Ford for all your service needs. Their mechanics, manager, and customer service reps are top notch! I've been a Honda/Toyota person most of my life and this experience has made me think I've been buying the wrong brand for too many years ..I should have bought a Ford sooner and if you have one, bring it to Richmond Ford for all your service needs. I've known most of these stand-up individuals since 2012, and I really think of them as a second family. They've worked on 2 Shelby GT 500's for me, a Toyota Tacoma that I almost destroyed, and my most recent vehicle, a 2017~ Raptor. I can honestly say I've never had to worry for a second about these cars, and what I've asked them to do. Chris has such high standards for this team, but the thing is they just keep pushing it higher. Jimmy has always handled my claims with such thoroughness. April found me a rental when I needed it in a pinch, and has always been there for me. If you ever need a part that no one else can find, call Beach, and he'll work some sort of voodoo magic to get it for you. Brock put my raptor (that was in pieces) back together like nothing even happened. The paint was excellent, the body work was superb, and the conversations you'll have show the passion they have for what they do. I seriously could keep writing for days about what the shop, the sales floor, service, and the management team do to make you feel like you're one of their own. I'm sure they say on occasion Cory get out, we have work to do, but It's because I love what they do, and how they'll treat you when you're there. Trust them, you won't be disappointed. More

My wife and I had our first visit to your dealership to repair a nick on the back bumper of our Explorer. At the Collision Center, we met Chris Jones. He immediately came to greet us and asked how he cou repair a nick on the back bumper of our Explorer. At the Collision Center, we met Chris Jones. He immediately came to greet us and asked how he could help. Showing him the damage, we asked how long it would take, expecting a lengthy stay. To our surprise, he said, "I'll be able to take care of this now, if you have a few minutes?" Chris quickly and very effectively repaired the chip on our bumper and while we waited for the paint to dry, polished out a few nicks around the car just as a courtesy. It wasn't until we were about to leave did we come to know that Chris is the manager of the collision department. Not only was he polite and very capable, but he took time from his duties to help some "first time customers" in a very efficient way. We're sold on Richmond Ford Lincoln based on Chris' superb service and his kind approach to new customers and will return whenever we need service! Becky and Bob Newman More
