We are very picky people in general. Our employment sometimes involve life your death situations. So we tend to look for detail oriented people to work with. Richmond Ford listened to what we wanted sometimes involve life your death situations. So we tend to look for detail oriented people to work with. Richmond Ford listened to what we wanted and did their best to see that we got what we wanted. We dealt mostly with management during our deal. To us buying a car is not just a walk in and drive out type of situation. If you are in the market for a new Ford car or truck I highly suggest you go in and don;t hesitate to ask for the General Manager Mr. Kody or the Sales Manager Mr. Dennis. That is where I started and it worked out good for us. You can even tell them I sent you. By the way, their location in the near West End of the city has easy access to all roads in and out of Richmond. The best part it is not much more than a mile from my home. More
I was shopping for a new or used F-150 pickup truc for my son to take to college. WE had a budget that should have had us buying a used truc, but with hm going away, I did not want y son dealing with possil son to take to college. WE had a budget that should have had us buying a used truc, but with hm going away, I did not want y son dealing with possile repair issues. So, having seen some lw monthy payment ads, we thought we could afford new truck with all the deals right now. Several area dealers basically showed us the door when we told them we could nt pend over $300 a month with $1,500 down on a new Frd truck. So we went online and found Richmond Ford's website. After filing out a for, Jeff Jessee from Richmond Frd sent us several truck to consider by email, and then called me on the phone. We agreed o take a look in person at 2 specific trucks. When we got to the store, Jeff was great. He let us drive the trucks without hi with us so that we were very cofortabe taking about it. When we gt back, we arranged for the financing, got the payments we wanted and now my son is on his way to college in a new Ford F-150 Truck instead of a used one. Everyone at Richmond Ford has been great abot the whole deal. Jeff even introduced us to the owner, which is something you don't see very often anymore, the owner actually at the dealership! I highly recommend Richmond Ford. Their service department was excptional when we brought the truck back in for some accessories to get installed. More

They also overcharged Want to be overcharged for terrible service? Took my car in to have a recall issue fixed and got terrible service at the time. They also overcharged for other services I needed at the time. Now I seem to be having the malfunction that the recall repair should have fixed. I have serious doubts that they even did the work. They don't have record of me being there but Ford has a record of the recall being closed out. Hope my airbag doesn't catch fire or detonate before I can unload this car to the junkyard. Oh and my air conditioning doesn't work b/c of a short that this has caused. I have reported this dealership to Ford. More
