I was told about Richmond Ford so I tried them out. Great service, Plus they give me the down home feeling like I had back home. They treat you like family. They may be in the city, but they have that small town feeling that I was raised with. Plus they did not mind me asking about things about my truck. They gave me answers. Jens More
New to Richmond and attempted to call several dealers regarding what I expected to be warranty work on an 2007 F150 Transmission issue. While attempting to schedule an appointment Richmond Ford was the only dealership that took my call immediately and directed me to to the service department right away; once connected it was a snap to set up an appointment. Richmond Ford diagnoised the problem immediately, determined it was a warranty covered issue, and repaired the problem ASAP. I couldn't ask for better service! Based on past service with other unnamed dealers I thoroughly expected I'd have to fight to have a warranty problem diagnoised - No such worries at Richmond Ford. THANKS! Truck's running great! I'll consider Richmond Ford for my next new car purchase based on the service alone. More

He showed me my options for the price range I had wanted. Right away Gary and the team @ rich ford went to work on being able to get me in the truck I chose, and back to work. They worked with me very well. After signing the final papers I could see that this place aims at taking care of business owners and wants to see them grow. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service provided at Richmond ford, and are looking forward to doing business with them for the long term. This vehicle is excellent for traveling, road noise is kept to a minimum, and the cargo area holds an impressive amount of luggage. The interior and exterior styling reflect a much more expensive vehicle, and Ford has really stepped up the quality in materials. The 3.5 liter V6 delivers plenty of power and the 6 speed transmission shifts smoothly. I love my Edge and I have not found another vehicle I would rather own. Thanks so much to FORD and the team at Richmond Ford for exceeding my expectations!! More

This year, I returned to Richmond Ford to find a more fuel efficient vehicle than my Mercury SUV which I had bought from Richmond Ford several years ago. As a repeat customer, I knew Phil (Sales) would lead me in the right direction. Not only were Phil, Conrad (Sales), and the sales manager excellent in guiding me to a very well priced, fully loaded 2010 Fusion, they were also flexible in finding a reasonable trade-in value for my SUV. I highly recommend Richmond Ford (especially Phil) to my friends and family. More
No Gimmicks Advertising. Richmond Ford Lincoln-Mercury lived up to every word. I knew my vehicle was going to give out on me anyday and after the overall price of reparing it outpriced what the car was lived up to every word. Conrad and Phil's radio commercial always chimed in my head and at this point I thought okay...let me prepare for my letdown. These two guys were all about your needs and not once made me feel becoming a new car owner on my own merit was impossibe. After obtaining my information Conrad Irons jumped right on it, Phil Noel chimed in and they absolutely worked it out for me the same day I visited the show room. Service was excellent and they were so knowledgeable. These guys were professional in every way and did not allow me to settle for anything. Thanks to them for reminding me that we all can experience set backs from time to time but it doesn't mean you have to pay an outrageous price for it. Also a special thanks to Cavell Barrett for contacting me the same day the process was started to check on my satisfaction and well being. All of you are the epitomy of what Customer Service should be when you are dealing with the public. Because I fell under that "less than perfect" umbrella at the time these guys assured me and indeed treated me no different from anyone else. You all are the absolute best and live up to and own up to every word you advertise. Everything upfront and no hidden gimmicks. For 2 months I wasted my time, gas & energy with dealers that claimed they would & could finance people with credit issues. I would have saved myself a lot of headaches & hassles. Josh & Conrad were on point. From the time I walked in the door Josh promised me he would be up front & honest. When they were processing my papers he constantly checked on me so I wouldn't be in dark (asking if I needed anything even asked if I needed any water). Conrad came right out & asked me what I wanted as a customer. No one has ever do e that before. When I told him what I was looking for, he looked at me and said "anything else you want". I was floored. They are really there for the customer from the time you drive on the lot. Very customer oriented and people friendly. Believe me when I tell you, Richmond Ford is all about business & live up to every word of their advertisement. They have my vote & my business. More

I have also purchased a 2010 F150 from Richmond Ford. From their sales associates (my favorite Peter Lansing) to their service department and all the employees behind the scene they are a super dealership. Mustangs are born and raised at Richmond Ford. I am more than pleased to recommend Richmond Ford Lincoln Mercury. I already knew what I wanted and went online and originally started dealing with Sheehy Ford. Unfortunately Sheehy did not have any MKZ Hy Mercury. I already knew what I wanted and went online and originally started dealing with Sheehy Ford. Unfortunately Sheehy did not have any MKZ Hybrids in stock and wanted a $ 500 deposit to bring one in. That is when I started looking around and found several at Richmond Ford Lincoln Mercury. I sent an online request and Casey Longest sent me email and followed up with a phone call. Casey was so pleasant to deal with. She made me feel as if I was her number one priority. She was able to answer all questions that I had and kept me informed every step of the way. If she wasn't going to be in, she made sure that I knew who to contact in her absence. I spoke to Darrick Jones and Evette in finance and both carried the same friendliness and helpful attitude that Casey gave me. When I came in to pick up my car, every single person in the dealership had a smile and welcoming attitude. I got the feeling that everyone there really enjoyed being there and loved their job. My husband had been into the dealership and spoke to Josh Castlebury about the car. He didn't know that I was already working with Casey. Josh was very pleasant and helped Casey get my car ready as we completed the paperwork. It was a teamwork and I could see that in everyone that I came in contact with. There wasn't a competitive attitude shown that I have often seen in other dealerships. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a better experience in purchasing a car. If you want exceptional customer service and the friendliest staff (from sales to finance to everyone walking around), then Richmond Ford Lincoln Mercury is where you need to go to purchase your next car.
