We were in and out of the showroom with a new truck in no time and got a very good price on the new truck and fair value for the trade in. We were also delighted with many of the "extras" included in the deal (free oil changes, roadside service, etc). This was the first time I bought a vehicle from Richmond Ford Lincoln. I was looking for a white Hybrid Fusion and Gary found the car I wanted with all of the extras. Was told by salesman and guest services that there was 6 months free serious radio, but after the deal was made and got home couldn't get serious radio and contacted salesman, went through menouvers and sti months free serious radio, but after the deal was made and got home couldn't get serious radio and contacted salesman, went through menouvers and still couldn't get serious radio, then was told maybe the car doesn't come with serious radio, two days later salesman called and said you have to buy something to put on the car to get serious radio, which wasn't what we were told when we got the car. They said 6 months free serious radio, not that we had to buy anything. More
We have dealt with Richmond Ford for many years and have always been pleased with the service department and the courteous treatment they have given us. This shopping trip was no exception. Gary, our salesman, is the most patient person I have ever met. He showed us several different vehicles and let us drive 6 of them. He questioned us concerning the use of the vehicle and gave us his opinion of which would be a better fit for us. He did NOT play the salesman/customer game with us and was able to get us a good price on the car we wanted and an excellent trade-in on our old vehicle. We would definately buy from him again. Yvette, the manager of Richmond Ford Lincoln Mercury, was a big factor in helping us make up our mind on which car to purchase. With Ford, there are so many great vehicles that it is difficult to decide which to get. Comfort, economy, technology... we got it all in a Fusion Hybrid. More

My husband and I came to Richmond Ford on 10/29 interested in purchasing a new Ford Edge. We had visited another Ford dealer in the area the previous weekend and did not have a very good experienc interested in purchasing a new Ford Edge. We had visited another Ford dealer in the area the previous weekend and did not have a very good experience. We thought we would give Richmond Ford a try. We were delighted when we walked into the dealership showroom and Gary Dunn was there. He had sold us a Ford Mustang a couple of years ago while working at another Ford Dealer and were were please to see him at Richmond Ford. Gary was busy with another client at the moment so he introduced us to Raz to help us determine if they had a vehicle on the lot that met our wish list and to help us with the test drive and initiate the deal. Raz was very helpful and found the exact vehicle we wanted with the options we wanted. Gary remained involved throughout and checked on us several times during the deal. Both gentlemen were very helpful and I felt they really cared about our best interest. Larry (the Sales Manager) was very patient with us and very professional as we worked to come to agreement on a prioe for the vehicle. Derrick helped us to secure financing at an % rate we feel really good about and was very pleasant helping us with the paperwork. Stephanie provided us with an overview of what it means to be a Richmond Ford customer and our value to them as a customer. All in all the experience was one of the best we have had to purchase a new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help us to be a satisfied customer. We feel good about the deal to purchase our new Edge and we really love the vehicle so far! We will definitely tell our friends and family about our great experience. More
Gary Dunn was the salesman who put together a deal on a beautiful 2011 HHN Chevy for my mom. We went there just to check out some cars and Gary was in the lot and greeted us with a friendly hello and esco beautiful 2011 HHN Chevy for my mom. We went there just to check out some cars and Gary was in the lot and greeted us with a friendly hello and escorted us into the service desk where we were then told that we would work with Gary on the particular vehicle. Gary was very knowledgable and made my mom feel very comfortable. My mom is a tough cookie and Gary just had her all smiles. He took us out for a test drive and was able to talk to my mom about her life and the need for the car. My dad is a parapelegic and Gary shared his story with us about his brother and made us really feel that car or no car deal, he was empathetic to our cause and the need for the type of vehicle we were test driving. Gary also stressed the importance of family and God and this solidified the deal. The entire deal took less than 4 hours and we drove off with the vehicle. Gary's courteousness, patience, knowledge and most importantly his personality of being a real person took that used car salesman feeling out of the deal and we felt like we were dealing with a friend.
